We had an extra special help from our agent Claire Livingstone. Within 3 days she managed to find our family a dream home. After a conversation with me and my husband she heard our needs and worries, paying attention to our budget she managed to help us. Somehow she got all we needed in just 3 days answering emails and messages on a short time frame. For sure she made our experience with Foxtons more friendly while being very professional. Very happy with the service and our sale by Hexin and Shaun Bailey. With previous agents they weren’t able to create any viewings and kept asking to lower the price. Foxtons created 30 plus viewings and 3 plus asking price offers. I honestly believe we would have lost thousands off the value if we were with another agent. We should have had foxtons from the start.

The worst experience possible. I paid deposit which was supposed to be returned within a few working days, however it took almost 3 weeks and they were giving lame excuses for not giving my deposit back. The manager is incompetent and does not care about customer service at all ! She made false promises and when someone made higher bid they told me me the property wasn’t available anymore, Sally you can’t treat people this way it’s an embarrassment that such a big company employs people like that !!

I was fortunate to be able to have such a lovely agent, Ammar Aslam who worked tirelessly to ensure I secured my flat. Even though the process wasn’t easy, he was extremely helpful always willing to help with any questions I had. I could always phone him or send him a text in regards to any problems or questions I had; he always responded in a timely manner. Very bad & Pathetic experience with FOXTONS harrow on the hill so far due to below reasons Reason 1 : We were told that before move in house would be deep cleaned.but when we entered the room,it was hell dirty,unhygienic and smelly. I reported this and Foxtons took 2 days to send a cleaner . Reason 2: No basic utilities like coffee table,toaster,microwave was given. Reason 3: No sufficient support or an update for my raiaed queries Still waiting for compensation and furnished items since 2 weeks now. 1 star given because sales person was good and house location was prime. Remaining everything is not at all satisfactory with FOXTONS

I used Foxtons to buy the property I’m currently living in. Riean from the Harrow office was very helpful and supportive during this whole process. Knowing I was a first time buyer he explained to me all the steps and help me chase solicitors as well when required.
