A huge thank you to the Foxtons team in harrow, especially Hex. Very pleased with the service provided and valued Hex’s opinion and guidance during the house buying process.

Received letter from them encouraging us to have our property evaluated. Called and made 2 bookings for lettings and sales valuations. After no show up for lettings evaluation, I called them and I was told there was not booking on the system. And then said it was booked on another date on their system; but I have email confirmation! For the sales evaluation, no show up again! I called and was told no booking on the system again! But they can see Carlos has tried to contact me! I realised afterwards from my emails it is booked on Wembley branch. Very unprofessional. Will not waste my time with Foxtons again.

The agents was very helpful at the point of us signing the documents and then to fix the issues encountered on the way, was very hard to find her over the phone and therefore not helpful at all. Always insisting with phonecalls for them to do their job... poor service and customer service.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

A special thanks to Anna Sobieraj for the great help she was. Always on point and helpful with the house recommendations. Even if i ended up finding a house through a different agency, a good lettings negotiator needs to be pointed out. Thanks again Anna ??

The experience with Ana Screpciuc was wonderful. She has taken me to the property at correct times without delay and that was a pleasant journey with her.

Karolina from Foxtons, Harrow took personal interest in knowing the kind of apartment we were looking for for renting. My husband and I were looking for a place to rent for close to 3 months, and we didn't come across anyone like her. We were amazed and glad we met her. She made sure to find apartments that would fit our criteria and would call us to show us the place that fit our criteria until we found one.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Foxtons Harrow were very helpful in assisting us finding our dream property, as a first buyer I was naturally nervous about buying my first house. Noah Wildman, who handled the property purchase was so helpful and supportive made the whole process quick and painless.

I contacted Foxtons to search for a retirement property. I was put in touch with Lisa Patel and found her to be extremely professional and very helpful, she went out of her way to contact another branch so I could put my father’s property on the market for sale too. She is an absolute professional and comes highly recommended!

Saijal Parmar from Foxtons Harrow has been very helpful, professional and truthful in his guidance for our home search. The process has been easy and straight-forward so far. Foxtons' offices are also well-kept, and they maintain high standards of service overall. Highly recommended.
