If you're a landlord - Foxtons Harrow are an absolute joke. I wasn't told before Xmas that my property manager had "departed ways" with the company, so had no one managing my property for a month... Meanwhile my tenant's query about the boiler breaking down had gone unnoticed, and so I had to deal with them directly & bypass Foxtons. Then I get a new property manager, have paid UPFRONT for works to be done to the exterior of my property... And TWICE the job hasn't ha[ppened - with no call or update from Foxtons. They're a shamlbes.

They sounded so confident and well organised at first! That’s what you would expect considering they charge the highest fees in the area! First they valued the property at the market price and boasted they would sell it within 4 weeks. Then they kept on putting pressure on us to lower the price blaming it on Brexit.  In total they had the property for 6 months. For the first 4 months we received no offers which was disheartening and puzzling as it was a good property in an excellent location and would usually sell in 4 to 6 weeks.  Finally after 4 months we got an offer but 10% lower than the original asking price which we quickly rejected. Later we found out that this offer had been made by someone employed by one of their group of companies which shook our confidence in them as they should have told us straight away. Despite their lack of success in selling the property they kept on boasting that no other agent would work as hard as they did to schedule viewings!! They have a portal where you can log in to see the scheduled viewings and since we live abroad we thought this would be helpful but we kept on reading the same stock viewing feedback phrases. If you tried to speak to the agents carrying out the viewings you would usually get a voicemail and if you left a message they often would not get back to you. Finally, one day we visited the property without telling them and after spending the day at home we saw completed viewings appear on the client portal even though nobody turned up. A glitch in their system? In conclusion, the whole experience was bewildering! Our life changed the day we signed the contract with another agent who sold the property within a week at a reasonable price. Yet two months later Foxtons contacted us to see how things were going with their competitors...don’t they have internet? Can’t they see that the property has been sold? One thing is certain: they are not on the ball!

Completely a waste of time, there is another 50/60 people at the group interview and you only get about 20 seconds to introduce yourself not to mention you have to stay there for upto 6 hours to then be told "unfortunately you didnt make it" and they turn 40/45 down all at once in the same room. They should stop wasting peoples valuable time. In my opinion they should interview 10 or 20 people max gives everyone a realistic chace.

Well, I won't rent the apartment from foxtons anymore. We reach an agreement before we sign the contract, it would be a 8 month contract, however we get a contract that says at least 10 months, that's really really disgusting!! And when we moved out from the property and handed over our keys, they asked us to find out where the keys are! Are u kidding me? It is your responsibility to keep the keys well after we hand over it, it is unbelievable to receive an email that they ask us to find out the keys!!! Finally, this staff who has no sense of responsibility named Avraj Chaggar, plz avoid this person to be your property manager!!

Wow! A few scathing reviews so far... Our experience hasn't been as described by previous reviewers but we only moved in yesterday and the list of maintenance issues is rather long. Our initial contact with Foxtons had been very productive, in that an agent worked hard to find a suitable house for our family. Now that we have moved in, we have discovered that promises made regarding condition and maintenance have not been kept. Due to the prompt and effective correspondence we have so far experienced with Foxtons, I'm expecting that these issues will be resolved swiftly. I will aim to keep people posted with the progress... So far not very good. One week after the initial email, the person in charge of solving our urgent maintenance issues has not only done nothing, but now passed us on to someone else... yikes...

In response to my query in search of a property in Harrow, I have been communicating with Ms Andra Ciucas of Foxtons in their Harrow Branch. I have a wide experience to dealings practically every Estate Agent in Harrow, to none of them I can give more than 2 stars, mainly for their lack of interest in customer queries, concerns expressed, electronic responses (emails), price negotiations etc. If a would-be buyer asks searching questions by way of locations, area and price, they all are switched off. To them, a £500,000 or 700,000 price tag is not worth negotiating. With the exception of MS ANDRA CIUCAS OF FOXTONS. Regardless of the query complexity and depth, her replies/responses are quick, on the spot and just, no or any number of questions are too much. Her attitude is extremely respectful, courteous, kind. In the light of my live experienced she a personality of very generous thoughts, customer service oriented, where the customer is always right. I can say "FOXTONS" are very lucky indeed to have her on their payroll. People like her add the word "Mark of excellence for customer services" to any organisation. People like her deserves to be appreciated, respected and rewarded. Thank you, Ms Andra and Good luck to both {Her and Foxtons}.

Hexin He at Foxtons Harrow helped my wife and I find a great house last year. Hex really made an effort to understand what we were looking for and did a great job of showing us houses that fit our specifications. She was very helpful once we found the house we wanted and we really felt that we could trust her as we discussed putting in an offer. It was clear that she and her team were supportive throughout the bid process that followed and they ultimately helped make the purchase and move-in go smoothly, without issue. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Was good until end but, on the day of completion they 1.failed to keep the same price with the buyer. I lost a lot of money and 2. Could not manage the chain properly. I had a buyer standing on my head as if we are being evacuated from our house and my pregnant wife and parents were rushing to make it easy for the buyer. They should have given at least 4 hrs for me to be able to move. I got the keys at 2pm and the buyer was at my door at 4pm. Worst ever agents and directors are even worse. AVOID!!!!!
