GoogleThey do not care if your your house get flooded . They dont treat leaks and blockage as urgent . So disapointed and so stressed about this situation

GoogleThey stop responding to calls and emails as soon as you hand the keys back. Checkout inventory completed the day after keys were handed over, everything was deemed to be fine with no deductions. Still it took them 34 days to process the return of the deposit, with it taking up to another 7 working days to actually receive it in my account. Many calls and emails in-between with no response until I informed them I was starting the complaints process.

GoogleHaving just purchased a property through Leaders in Harlow, I would have no hesitation in recommending the team. Our initial contact was with Ryan and Clayden who provided a professional service with the personal touch. In the final stages, Paul picked up our case as there were some hiccups in the chain which caused unnecessary delays. With sheer determination and superb communication with solicitors, vendors, letting agents and estate agents, Paul rapidly and calmly resolved the issue, which led to completion. GoogleOnly have good things to say about my time dealing with Leaders (Harlow), was buying a property which took longer then we expected however no fault of leaders, I dealt with both Ryan and Paul who kept me up today through out the process, felt like I was talking to friends more then estate agents. Even throughout difficult times in the sale, both Ryan and Paul where 100% honest with me which is why I stayed in this process, I have now moved into my house and could not be happier, thanking both of you and best wishes in the future.

When I was short on time, Olivia helped me speed up my application process and also assisted in getting the contract papers signed, ensuring that I received the keys on the day I planned to move.
