GoogleI’m giving 5 stars mainly for Luke the agent from leaders , who is fantastic to deal with. He’s friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. He always goes the extra mile and makes any process so much smoother. He definitely deserves to be a manager 100% at the agency, I believe it would run even better with the warmth and sincerity he brings to his work.

GoogleMoving in to new property is usually stressful, but my experience with leaders Harlow was exceptionally brilliant,, From the first day I've met Tom & Olivia they were very helpful, the management team ( Layla & Gimma) were very supportive & immediately responsive. All the paperwork were smooth & swift. I can't thank the whole team enough. I do absolutely recommend this great team to everyone..

They have always listened to my concerns, and ensured my concerns were addressed. The transition from Guardian to LEADERS happened seamlessly, further confirming the professionalism of the team.The communications during the transition was very effective, using post, emails etc to ensure everyone was uptodate on the changes. Layla went above and beyond the call of duty, nothing was too much trouble. Our initial interactions with Rachel were informative and professional. She made us feel comfortable and confident with the service they would provide. They helped us market and let the property efficiently and answered questions we had as first time landlords. I've found the portal to be a user friendly and information platform so far. Also Dempsey has been particularly helpful in dealing with queries and we've never had to wait for a response or update. My initial move-in was with Rachel and she was amazing; very professional.They have always responded timely and professionally to my concerns, especially Dempsey; who was in charge of my change of tenancy process. The process took quite a while but she kept me updated throughout.
