GoogleLast week recently had a harrowing experience with Leaders, Harlow (Ellie, Kathryn and George). After viewing their property at 110 Brays Mead, Harlow, CM18 6PF, they sent me an agreement and asked for a holding deposit and security deposit. I paid £2300, but they later claimed I failed referencing (which was done by their buddies Goodlord.co) and would forfeit both deposits. I was shocked and outraged. Upon reviewing the agreement, I realized they were trying to take advantage of me. I had only been in the country for a month, and they requested a 3-month bank statement, which was unrealistic. I immediately contacted my bank and reported the scam. To my relief, I was able to get my money back. To all renters out there, be cautious and vigilant. If you suspect a scam, don't hesitate to reach out to your bank. They can help you recover your funds and prevent further losses.

GoogleI recently sold my property which had some unique lease issues. The whole process took several months. Without a doubt, Paul Andreotti was key to completing this sale. His communication is second to none and he cuts through all of the 'outside noise' and focuses solely on the buyer and sellers needs. GoogleI've used Leaders for my buy-to-let rentals for many many years now, as have my parents and grandparents. The customer service is absolutely impeccable. Polite, quick, efficient, well-spoken and flexible staff, willing to find work-arounds for any issues we came up with. I honestly don't know how I could fault them. The sale of our flat in Harlow went through without a hitch mostly due to their speedy replies to our questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
