GoogleMy wife and I have 11 properties with Leaders of Harlow (previously Guardian Residential Lettings & Sales Ltd) who we have worked with for over 7 years now and we would not work with any other letting agent ! We have always found their well-established, experienced team to be extremely professional and thorough in vetting potential tenants for us and both front office and back office staff have always provided advice and support throughout the tenancies should any issues with tenants arise. Their rates are very competitive and we feel we have built up a really good relationship with Leaders who we will always return to to find us new tenants. They have a recommended team of excellent contractors such as Gas Safe Registered engineers, electricians, carpet fitters and repair men who Leaders themselves use and we also use them to look after all our properties.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
