Excellent! Haart Harlow were first rate from beginning to end. I was a purchaser, so they were not working for me HOWEVER it didn't feel like that. The viewing were effecient and gave me time and space. Phone calls were always answered. Kris who dealt with the details of the sale was friendly, super effecient and patient. Shawn exhibited the utmost prfessional skill. I have no qualms in recommending Haart Harlow. If ever I sell my house it will be through them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Haarts helped us start of rental portfolio and also maintains our first property still. Denise Chandler is our property manager and has been for a couple years at this point, and even with the difficulties faced during the lockdowns, has always been eager to help and resolve issues at the property, liaise directly with the tenant and contractors or ensure rent is paid in a timely fashion. We've had issues with some of the contractors supplied which I guess is sadly commonplace nowadays, but Denise has always been quick to resolve any outstanding problems and get the tenant and us back on our feet as soon as possible. Looking to expand the portfolio and continue working with Denise and Haarts in the very near future, highly recommended!

I needed to sell my mum and dads home as they had recently passed away. I have not been involved with buying or selling a house before. I telephoned haart estate agents, Harlow town centre, being the only estate agent to actualy answer the phone, and glad they did. The agent Kristine was so helpful and understanding of how it was for me . She updated me every week of how everything was going with the sale, and what to expect next. Very impressed with the work provided by Haart Harlow. I liaised with Kirsteen Carr and Cassie and after a long period of delay by the seller kirsteen has been patient and proactively chased follow ups and provided me with regular updates. Communications was very quick and concise. She ensured that she communicated with me during my out of office hours which made it very easy for me to juggle around with the usual pressures of work. Kirsteen explained the purpose of each step to me ensuring that I understood what was being asked/requested. I would highly recommend their services to all friends and family. Kirsteen has helped ease the anxiety when purchasing a property and congratulated me by presenting me with a beautiful haart hamper when contracts were completed! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Haart Estate Agent have been absolutely excellent throughout the whole process on buying our first home. Especially Kris, Cassie, and Amanda. All the way from initially viewing the property with the lovely, friendly Amanda on the open house day, to speaking to the lovely Cassie every so often and her allowing us to pick up the keys whenever we wanted to view again, and to the amazing Kris for chasing the solicitors every week, keeping us updated throughout everything to ensure the process was as smooth as possible, and getting us through to completion. This is the best Estate Agents I have ever used. They were so helpful. thoughtful and always went the extra mile. I was selling my Dads house after he passed away and this was not a straightforward sale, due to a flood that happened just after an offer was made. Due to Amanda and Cassie's help, the situation was contained. Amanda and Cassie let the various repair people into my Dad's house and sent me photos of progress through the proceedings. Due to them, the sale offer went through and I cannot thank them enough. The whole team were exceptional, working well together, they always knew what they were doing every time I rang. Thank you team Haarts at Harlow, you are the absolute BEST, especially Cassie and Amanda.

I also happened to speak with Dawn at Haart in Chelmsford the following day, and Dawn was great too! As a result I would happily bypass all other agents to deal solely with Haarts.

Wow! What a journey, having put our house on the market in June 2020, we've been through a roller coaster. We finally managed to complete yesterday afternoon. Dan looked after the viewers, meaning I didn't have to be in to receive them.
