I recently had the pleasure of working with Haart while searching for a home to rent in the Bishop's Stortford area, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Araminta from Haart, went above and beyond to suggest and arrange a visit to a property that was still being redecorated and not yet on the market. This extra effort allowed me to get a first look at a potential home before anyone else. Araminta was very accommodating, even arranging a second visit with a very short notice, to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. She was always very helpful and polite, providing detailed information about the area, including local amenities and modes of transport. As someone not from the area, I found her knowledge particularly useful and reassuring. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the start Haart have been brilliant! Chris started us off, explaining the finances and contracts in detail and taking some lovely photos of our humble abode. A special shout out to Callum (Callum Sheekey). The whole process of me renting my place in Harlow was long, stressful, and tedious. Even worse, the agent who was following my case left the company. I'm currently having to move out from the property that I've lived in for 10yrs sadly due to the passing of my Landlord. I have now luckily found a house. However, I had a few issues that needed to be sorted out that left me feeling so unsettled with uncertainty and unable to sleep but that all changed today. Samantha Arnold... a name to remember if I could give her 10 stars I would because I think she was able to pick up on my anxiety over the phone and she not only offered me all the reassurance that I needed, she went back and forth with all the people of importance that was required to resolve my issue. She then called me back to let me know what to expect, in what time frame, and assured me that she was only a phone call a way in the case that I should need any further assistance In addition, she sent me all that was discussed via email to give me further clarification. To some she may just be doing her job but to me she showed genuine care, concern and did all that she could to assist me. So, Sam if you're reading this thank you so very much, I'm truly grateful that I got you today you're very much appreciated and you deserve all of your flowers. xx

During my tenancy I have dealt with Stacy and with Alison. Both ladies have been so helpful and understanding. Stacy has really helped me towards the end of my tenancy and has been so kind and considerate. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances I fell into arrears and Stacy didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about the situation at all. She understood my misfortune and has supported me every step of the way. Dealing with Linda has been an absolute pleasure! When our washing machine stopped working I was in a mad panic with a load of washing that needed doing but she was reassuring and made sure somebody was sent out that same day to try and repair it.
