I am in the process of buying a Shared ownership property with the support of Haart estate agents and I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional service. From the very start of my journey, I had the pleasure of dealing with Cassie, who was both warm and professional throughout. Right from our first phone conversation, Cassie was warm, friendly, and approachable. She helped me arrange my viewing and navigated me through the process of working with Sage housing association. Cassie was understanding of my needs and made the entire process hassle-free. After receiving the green light for the property, I was introduced to Kristine Carr who was in charge of the legal aspects of my purchase. I must say, I was impressed by her responsiveness and attention to detail in handling my queries. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the process seamless. Overall, I had a great experience with Haart estate agents thanks to the amazing support of Cassie and Kristine Carr. They were always there to assist me every step of the way. Shawn has been very helpful from the start, we had problems due to probate; yet his professionalism and dedication to providing a smooth service was evident from the get go. He has offered help and advice and continues to support us through the sale of the property. Estate agents generally have a bad reputation…however Shawn has proved otherwise. Update: The house is finally mine after a few delays with the building completion and I actually still can't believe it done now. Cassie is the best her help was so valuable I don't think I could of done this without her. This went from a ramdon phone call of me thinking I needed like 5 more year before I could get on the housing ladder to Cassie answering my call and reassuring me that anything is possible words can't express my gratitude ❤️ 🙏🏿 ---‐----------------------------------- Old review before keys where handed over: Amazing service, the lady helping me her name is Cassie and she looked after me as if we were both buying the house together she is so friendly.
