Absolutely incredible estate agents. I had the joy of working alongside Kristine, who basically took my whole journey of my property purchase onto her shoulders and took a massive weight off of me. Nothing was ever too much when I phoned and asked her for help. When my solicitors weren't pulling their socks up she made sure to be on their behind and give them a kick to help me. I am so appreciative of Kris for everything she has done for me and I hope that if I ever need to use an estate agents again, it will definitely be Haart but I hope it will be Kris I work alongside. I honestly can't praise her enough, thank you so much for everything.

Just recently purchased our first house with Haart and what a pleasant experience we had. All the agents were helpful and professional but there was one in-particular who went above and beyond their job role. Cassie was amazing, as said we have purchased our first home so we had no idea who to expect but Cassie made the experience less stressful, always there to call, got back to you if she was busy/out, always replied to emails. We can't thank Cassie enough for what she has done and is an asset to Haart. We both feel like we have made a friend in Cassie. Thank you Cassie for finding our dream home

As a first time buyer with Haart, I have to say a massive thank you to Kris. We didn't have the smoothest purchase, for reasons well out of Haart's control, and if it hadn't of been for Kris I don't know how I would of got through it! She was always available to chat, by phone and by email. She was very supportive, understanding and kind - I never felt like a nuisance no matter how many times I called her. She witnessed truly my full range of emotions and she handled them all with the same empathy, respect and support. I would highly recommend Haart Estate Agents!! We sold our property with Haart. Shawn came round to sit and have a chat with me and my partner to give us an I idea what kind of service we would receive with them. We did also get in contact with purple bricks before contacting Haart as they are not commission based, so once speaking with purple Bricks they came round and chatted with us, and I must say I just didn't feel confident! So contacted Haart and that's when Shawn came over and went through everything with us. He was fantastic! Went through everything throughly so we understood the process! We was very impressed so choose to go with Haart and you get what you pay for! And I'm so glad we did as Within 1 week they had sold our property! Dan and one of the other estate agents kept in contact with me daily within that week. Then we had to find out new home which wasn't easy! But again we had so much support from Shawn and his team. Once we finally found our new home we then was passed over to Chris who was there to help lease between myself, the new buyer, solicitors and the other Estate Agents to get everything finalised and make it go as smoothly as possiable for everyone and What can I say we received a 5 star service!! Chris was absoulty fantastic and really could not fault her in anyway!! They where all absoulty fantastic!! I hope I don't ever have to go through that process again as it was very stressful but if I did I would 100% use Haart as they made the whole process alot easier. On the whole I found Haart to be a very professional and helpful service. The team work together and are informed, professionals and alway polite. Yasmin did a brilliant job sorting out my mortgage, she found me a great deal that I am happy with. I will be using her in the future. She is very passionate about her role and personable which made the meetings with her much easier than with financial advisers I have used in the past. Thanks Yasmin. Once we had sold, Kris handled our case and she was exceptional, she dealt with all concerns and question efficiency and professionally, was always upbeat and inspires calm and confidence. The journey of selling my home was made extremely smoothby using Haart in Harlow the valuation was made by Shaun he listened and advised and explained everything so I was left feeling confidence in the company. Dan was my main agent and he along with Olllie sent a High amount of prospective buyers,we had lots of positive feedback and with in no time we had a buyer.... great job guys Last but no means least I was passed to Kristine and she set to work helping move the chain along nicely she kept me informed at each stage and made me feeling comfortable all the time. I dealt with Cassie Dan Ollie Shawn and Karen. First contact was with Cassie, very friendly and polite with such a warm personality. No pressure to sell with them, just advice on how to best present the property and explanation of fees. Thankfully I decided not to go with the cheap option on TV which I'd considered as it actually turned out cheaper with Haart in the long run. Better sale price on current house and advice from Shawn saw 5k shaved off the buying price of the new house. Dan & Ollie worked really hard to get the viewings in and we got three offers after a few weeks. There was a communication problem at the end with my conveyancer and the solicitor at my purchase end and they stepped in to help with that too. I'd like to point out that although their fees were more than the other option, you can all guess what that was, the sale price was £12k more than advised elsewhere, plus the saving of £5k on my purchase. Not only did I end up better off financially, their help and hard work was invaluable especially with the stressful bit at the end, which wasn't even caused by them. 10/10 isn't enough.

The service from Haart Harlow has been first class from day one. Moving to a new build, we needed a quick sale and they went over and above to achieve that for us with almost no compromise on the asking price. Dan and Ollie made several trips to us to collect keys and arrange viewings while we were at work, the photography and write up was excellent from Cassie and the progression service from Kris was exceptional.. even dealing with some slower areas of the chain for us to minimise any delays. We could have saved money with an online agent but the extra service received has been invaluable to us. Well done team - you helped make our move to a dream house a reality! Gemma and Paul

I have seen some negative reviews of Haart online and personally I don't get it. They do everything possible to help. My wife and I had a particularly difficult situation in the sale our property and the guys at Haart were there every step of the way. Notably I would mention Karen, Shawn and Oliver as three exceptional individuals, if you can, make sure you get these guys on board. Karen was always easy to reach and would ring back promptly. She was very pleasant to talk to and although she is a professional she was never starchy. We will be back in the market soon and it will be a B line to Haart.
