GoogleI have just bought a property from the Haart team. It turned out to be a little more complicated than it should have - their Client was based in the Far East giving us some comms problems with his limited access to the internet - and some issues with an apparently undocumented sitting tenant. However Cassie and particularly Karen persisted and were unfazed by any of the unexpected problems that arose - and we got there in the end. Thankyou - you earned your fee on this one!

GoogleAlthough the sale of my flat was an extremely complicated and lengthy process, Haart Harlow, in particular Karen, were excellent. Despite unhelpful solicitors and management companies, Haart continued to persevere and push the deal forward on my behalf. They only contacted me with meaningful updates, therefore, allowing me not to feel badgered with unnecessary Information. Haart Harlow were professional throughout and I am convinced that with any other agent my flat would still be up for sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Haart Harlow.

GoogleMy recent experience regarding my house move was very stressful and although I was not selling via Haart Estate Agents I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to move. Karen Avery was the representative who acted in a very professional manner and kept us informed at all times as issues materialised. After this experience, Karen deserves some recognition for supporting us through a sometimes very stressful situation. An excellent communicator who I would not hesitate to recommend. GoogleThese guys are brilliant. Their mannerism and attitude to work is exceptional. They just wont stop the viewings. I literarily took my keys off Dan but he wouldn't stop coming. I wonder if he actually manufactures people. GoogleMy partner and I had a viewing with Robert Hume. Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable of the house, unfortunately it wasn’t for us. But Rob was great and gave advice on another property and even managed to squeeze the viewing in the same day around our other viewings.
