We sold my dad’s house through Haart and dealt mainly with Kristine. The sale was very complicated for reasons outside of their control, but Kristine was brilliant throughout. She stayed in contact with us at all times, kept us fully updated and was always approachable and supportive. Her professionalism and clear communication really helped us through what could have been a very stressful process. She was easy to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristine or Haart.

WOULD GIVE 11/10. I owe the team at Haart a massive thank you. They are by far the best estate agents I have ever worked with. When I first listed my property, I chose a different local agency purely because their fee was lower. I assumed it would not matter since the listing would end up on Rightmove & other platforms either way. I could not have been more wrong. The experience with the other agency was awful: loads of viewings, zero progress, and no proper guidance & awful comms. I went back to Haart and within the same day Chris came over, got everything relisted, and the difference was immediate. My property sold after its first viewing with Alex (top man by the way). What really sets Haart apart is everything that happens after the offer. Their after sales communication is genuinely next level. Kristine kept me, the buyer and both sets of solicitors updated constantly, making the entire process smooth and stress free from start to finish. I cannot thank the whole Haart team enough. And seriously, do not let the slightly higher fee put you off. You absolutely get what you pay for and Haart proves that. Thank you again to everyone, and Cassie you run an incredible team.

If we could give 6 stars, we absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️ Thank you, Haart Harlow, in particular, Shawn, Alex and Kim. Shawn attended our property to carry out the valuation. He had superb knowledge of the local area, what we were likely to achieve, and how quickly the property could sell. He wasn’t wrong! Photos and the live listing went up on Friday, and within two hours we had a viewing booked for Saturday. An offer was made on Monday and negotiated and agreed on Tuesday, less than five days (including the weekend). Outstanding work! Alex supported us with the viewing process for a house we were extremely interested in, which we have now secured subject to contract, as well as managing the viewing with the buyer at our own property. Kim gave us extremely insightful information regarding our mortgages. We were genuinely surprised at how much better the outcome was using a broker compared with applying online through major lenders. Communication from Shawn, Alex and Kim was exceptional throughout. We want to extend our sincere gratitude to the entire Haart Harlow team. Every part of the process has been truly a breeze, thank you!
