Element have been kind, prompt and thorough since my first interaction with them! Having come from a stressful house environment - searching for a new rental property seemed daunting and anxiety inducing. Josh understood my needs and was readily available, making finding the right space exciting and simple. The onboarding and in-tenancy experience is a real treat - with an easy to use app available to sign up for utilities and simple online system to flag any maintance or repair issues. On top of this - Cos and the team are always by your side - giving a real human touch to it all. Since moving in, I feel a sense of stability and looked after thanks to the team. I couldn't recommend them enough - it's hard to come by such a personable and great agency in the London rental market.

Element properties were excellent and flawless right from start. We sold our property with them and it has been an incredibly easy experience. We were previously with a big high street estate agent and the property did not get the same level of service element properties provided and got it sold within 2 weeks. The communications and feedback after every house viewing was swift and useful. The team were incredibily friendly, accomodating, and efficient. It didnt feel like a typical estate agent. 100 % glad we chose Element properties and would highly recommend them without any hesitation. You can trust that they would do their best. Thank you George, Josh and Ejiro.

We recently sold our property with George and the team at Element, and we cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. In the initial meeting, George gave us an accurate and realistic appraisal of our property based on a strong local knowledge, and the marketing materials were outstanding. During the offer to completion process, George went above and beyond - responded quickly to queries and calls, chased solicitors and managed all the stakeholders throughout the process. They are an exceptional team and we loved working with them.

I cannot recommend Element Properties highly enough. If you are looking for an agent in the area then you should look no further - they are truly exceptional and you will never regret this decision. Until I had the good fortune to purchase a flat through them, I had no idea that the estate agent played a role in a successful transaction - I thought that they were basically a shop window and their role was done when the offer was accepted. How wrong I was. I have now learned that the estate agent is a bigger factor than any other in a successful transation. On this basis they have been outstanding and it is absolutely impossible to fault anything that they have said or done. The level of service has been truly spectacular. George and his team have been incredibly proactive in moving the purchase forward, providing skilled support and wisdom to both me and the vendor in order to set everything up for success. When we had unexpected difficulties, George not only dropped everything to help us iron them out but always gave knowledgeable advice that turned out to be right every single time. There have been a few times when it looked as though we were at risk of not being able to go forward - and every single time George has been proactive in gripping the problem and helped us to find a solution together that worked for everyone. He could not have had my interests more at heart and I know that the vendor would also say the same thing - he is a brilliant negotiator who knows exactly how to make a transaction successful and leave all parties feeling happy and relieved. I also can't fault the charm and customer service ethic of Element Properties. Every time I have needed to contact them, George or one of his colleagues has come back in an instant to provide the support needed with a big smile. I have never felt like a source of trouble to them even though I am sure that sometimes I must have been! Above all they have proven themselves to be 100% trustworthy and it has been a true partnership. I am now hoping to stay in my new flat for many years, but if the time does come to move then I know exactly where to go.

George from Element Properties was amazing! He helped us sell our flat within 3 months after we had no success with another estate agent for the previous 9 months. He is literally the hardest working, most reliable and honest estate agent we have ever met. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was always available when we needed his advice and always went the extra mile to help us, even after the sale was agreed. Thank you George for making the whole process so much smoother!

First time renting through an agent and Josh made the process super easy and comfortable. He is very quick to reply to emails and to respond to questions and requests. Everything is now digital and therefore faster, and the fact that Josh managed to meet my moving in date is more credit to his efficiency and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Josh. Adriana

From the moment I met George and Hiten I really felt their commitment to selling my property. They were positive, genuine and knowledgeable about the ' housing market' and the saleability of my property. They were spot on with their valuation and any caveats- the latter didn't materialise. Within days I had several viewings and offers. Thereafter I never looked back. The eventual sale took much longer than anticipated inspite of Element, not because of them, although regular contact & consistently providing updates keeping myself in the loop with was at times anxiety provoking, however, at all times I felt Element Properties had my back. I've not had such an experience with estate agents before (and I have bought and sold a number of properties). I can't recommend Element Properties highly enough. They are to my mind 'simply the best' Thank you

We were recommend Element by some friends who had used them to sell their property. We were told they were knowledgeable local agents, and crucially, honest and upfront, rather than what estate agents are normally known for. In using them to sell our flat we found this to be absolutely true. Our selling agent Hiten always had time for us, listened, gave excellent and transparent advice, was patient and helped us not only achieve a sale within our target price but also to move things along when the chain inevitably slowed down. Brilliant agency and competitive fees too. Thank you!

I would like to share my experience with an exceptional real estate agency that has really impressed me. This agency is incredibly responsive to the needs of their clients, they are very pleasant and friendly, and they are extremely responsive. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and commitment of this agency, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality real estate service. Our situation was complicated and we needed to find a flat quickly, and the ejiro agent was able to take charge of the situation and help us in record time

Our experience with Element Properties, and in particular, our agent Ejiro, has outstanding. Ejiro played a big role in making our transition as students moving to central London for the first time incredibly smooth. He was incredibly responsive and approachable guiding us through this process. In the first weeks after our move-in, the agency was quick to resolve any issues we had. If you're looking for a renting experience that's both hassle-free and tailored to your needs, Element Properties are the ones to trust.

We've previously had bad experiences with other companies, but Element have been very supportive, professional and happy to help throughout the entire renting process. The document signing, deposit, rent etc. all went very smoothly, and any repairs we've needed since moving in have been very promptly booked in and organised for us. We're really grateful to rent with a company like this and would definitely use their services if we needed to find another place to rent -- definitely recommend!

I contacted George to sell my property after it had been on the market for a while with a different estate agent. Immediately he impressed me with his excellent attitude and his expansive knowledge which was displayed throughout the whole sale process. At Element Properties they work extremely efficiently and diligently and always with a great attitude. I cannot recommend George and Element Properties enough and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them.

We are really pleased we chose Element Properties, they came highly recommended and have exceeded our expectations making use feel calm and relaxed as we rented our flat for the first time. We had to move quickly and George and Cos and the team found us a tenant and took all the stress away letting our property, so we could focus on our renovating and moving to our new property. They are very communicative, clear and take the time to explain everything and have the patience to answer all our questions. Very organised and super trustworthy I would highly recommend!

Amazing people and service. Overall experience with Element Properties has been so good! Josh has been the most flexible, available, efficient estate agent I have ever worked with. From helping me to find a cleaner, decorator etc... to finding tenants and organising the contract. Josh has been so helpful in everything. I have even managed to mess things up and pay them twice. The refund was issued within the hour (in the evening). I would not think twice in the future, Element properties all the way :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
