I had a great experience selling my flat with Element properties. Communication with George and Hiten from the start of the process was excellent. They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.

I would definitely reccomend Element properties, we bought our first property recently through them the whole team are friendly and approachable. A big thank you to Hiten who was professional, helpful and always super responsive. He was honest and realistic with us when we were first looking and didn't oversell places unlike other agencies. Hiten really took a lot of the stress out of the process for us. Would definitely reccomend :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Element Properties& Co. , and I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided. Cos Papanastasiou of Element Properties was incredibly timely, ensuring that every step of the mortgage process was completed swiftly and efficiently. Throughout our interactions, Cos displayed a high level of professionalism, handling all aspects with great care and expertise. Cos was extremely knowledgeable, offering valuable insights and guidance that made navigating the mortgage landscape much easier. What truly set Element Properties apart was how easy they was to engage with. Communication was always clear and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, their organisational skills were impeccable, keeping everything on track and ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Without a doubt the best estate agents you could ever dream of having. I have dealt with dozens of estate agents in my time and it gives me such great joy to recommend Element Properties as the absolute best of them. I have used Elements before for a sale of a property and like that time, in my most recent sale I dealt primarily with George who was my main point of contact. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly communicative. Whenever I had any questions or queries, he was always there to answer them. If there were any issues or divergences in the process, George was there to help sort everything out. The listing of the flat looked amazing on their website, with a complete virtual tour that comes as part of the process. In regards to the mortgage side, we also used Elements and dealt specifically with Cos who like George was the absolute pinnacle of professional, courteous and helpful. He was available whenever we needed help, answered any questions both promptly and knowledgeably and got us the best possible mortgage we could secure. I would give these guys more than 5 if I could.

Massive thanks to George and Hiten from Element Property for helping us sell our flat! Unlike other traditional estate agents, they truly valued the work we’d done to our property and recognised its potential. Their professional and friendly approach, combined with regular updates, made the whole process smooth. We were very happy with the price they achieved for us. Definitely the best London estate agents we’ve ever dealt with, highly recommend their service!

If I could give 100 stars to the team at Element Properties, I would! They are real stars at what they do. I only have great things to say :) From my first interaction with Cos, I knew that I could trust this company to provide an excellent service - and they have exceeded my expectations. Truly exceptional, I highly recommend Element, no need to think twice. I was in the process of purchasing my first buy-to-let property in London, from abroad, and so was quite nervous. But the help I received every step of the way eased my nerves, and for that I am sincerely grateful. They even collected keys on my behalf! Josh and Ejiro worked incredibly hard to get my property photographed and listed, and kept me updated on all the viewings; and Josh was invaluable helping to select the perfect tenants for my apartment, and then getting everything ready for them. I can completely relax knowing that any repair related issues will be taken care of by Russell, he is professional and responsive. I count my lucky stars every day that I found such a fantastic company to look after my property!

We moved into a new rental property last week and Element Properties have been absolutely magnificent at taking us through each step in order for us to get here. Any issues we have currently been through has been swiftly resolved and Ejiro and the team are always on hand to help us out with any queries we have. Definitely would recommend using this company if you are thinking of moving into a new property!

Cos was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire mortgage process. He went far beyond what I expected from a mortgage advisory perspective and developed a strategy and long term plan for my future investments. His desire to protect his clients enables him to fully gain trust, which is vital when dealing with property. Obtaining a mortgage in principle within 24 hours, followed by a formal mortgage offer a few days later was far beyond my expectations and was a crucial factor in my purchase of the property. I cannot thank Cos and the Element team enough for their incredible service.

We worked with George as our estate agent, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail helped us in buying the property. George was always responsive, keeping us informed at every step, which made the process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism. Thank you, George, for all your hard work!

I honestly cannot thank Ejiro from Element Properties enough for his help in finding and securing a new home for me. I was fresh off the back of an awful experience with another agency, and ready to give up finding the right place after struggling for almost two months. Within little over a week, he had taken me to view a property, passed an offer onto the landlord and guided me through a very tricky referencing process - all in time to move in just 8 days later! An absolute pleasure to work with and I know where to turn to in future when I am looking for my next home.

Just rented a property through Element Properties and this is by far the best experience I have had in London as It can be quite challenging- It is rare indeed to deal with genuine estate agents and the entire team at Element were very friendly and non pushy from the start- we had to find a property very fast with certain criteria- Ejiro was very professional and responsive from day 1- We are very glad that the agency will also manage the property and feel in safe good hands and would not hesitate to recommend them!

We've just rented a 5 bed property from Josh and his team and I can't rate them enough. They also helped us with renting out our property at the same time and what would normally be a very stressful period was been helped massively by Josh himself and his team. Always communicative, prompt and honest. I couldn't recommend an estate agent more. I have already shared their details with friends who are looking to sell or rent. Thank you for a great experience and for being so professional throughout.

Absolutely excellent experience with Element Properties & Co. George and Hiten are both brilliant - so knowledgeable and calm and just human! From start to finish they made what could have been a stressful experience as seamless as possible. We kept saying how grateful we were that our sellers chose Element Properties! Both were always available to discuss things or just check in on progress. They kept their eye on the detail right until the end, and facilitated an easy transfer of keys on completion day. Thank you so much for everything, George and Hiten! We could not recommend Element Properties more.

Element Properties &Co has been an absolute blessing in my search for a student flat. My agent Ejiro has been nothing but of the utmost kindness and patience as we navigated finding and organising the rental of a flat as an international student with parents living overseas. His help cannot be overstated. Not to mention that the flat I am now renting is amazingly situated, reasonably priced and beautiful. The standards Element Properties & Co sets for an agency are extremely high! Thank you to the whole team but especially to Ejiro for everything he has done for myself and my family.

Honestly have never been so impressed by a property agent in my life! But these guys are excellent, which is again something I’ve never said about a property agent before! When I moved into my new flat, I got a ‘welcome box’ with a few neat bits and bobs, they also went above and beyond with making sure everything was fixed, cleaned and anything I later went to them with, and there were quite a few things because I’m a pain in the arse, everyone, especially Ejiro and Russell, were exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and all around great. Seriously great service, an example to many large letting agents 👍🏻

Moved in to our property a week ago and Element have been faultless so far. Staff were very friendly and helpful in the weeks leading up to the move. The inventory is thorough, the property is clean and the agent has been very responsive including having the property cleaned again after some maintenance work left areas of the house dusty. We were supplied with helpful documents showing the locations of all gas/electricity meters, stopcocks, etc. There seems to be a straightforward online portal for reporting maintenance issues. So far, would definitely recommend Element and we'd like to thank Ejiro for all his help.

Really helpful and informative; made the whole moving process a lot less stressful. Ejiro was absolutely brilliant, so kind and friendly and kept us updated on everything whilst we were in the process of signing everything for our new home. Haven’t had the best experiences with other estate agents in the past so it was really nice to have such a positive experience with Element. The welcome box on move in day was also a lovely touch. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you so much for everything :)

We recently purchased a property listed with Element Properties & Co. We worked with Hiten and George throughout the whole transaction period and to sum it up they were excellent throughout the whole process. Even though they technically represented the sellers, they made us feel secure and supported throughout the whole process, especially since we were first time buyers. We also valued how quick and responsive they were no matter what time or day it was and were always willing to assist and take a call. Overall it was a pleasure to work with two great property agents who really seem to have their clients best interest at heart. Keeping doing what you doing gents!

This was our first time letting a property, and Danny A made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He was professional, approachable, and always ready to help with any questions we had. When Danny was on annual leave, his colleagues stepped in seamlessly. They were just as helpful and easy to deal with. We really appreciated the support from the whole team and would happily recommend them.

It’s rare nowadays to find a honourable and communicative estate agent but Element Properties have been utterly fantastic throughout the sale of my flat in Islington. We were hit with several complications and delays along the way due (no fault of Element) but George kept me informed of proceedings regularly and assisted above and beyond wherever possible. If you need to sell a property, forget using the large ‘high street’ agents and go with Element Properties!

I would definitely recommend Ejiro and Element Properties and would make them my first point of contact if or when I look for my next flat.
