I cannot recommend Hiten and Element properties enough. From the start of the process all the way to the end Hiten would always make himself available and was very open and honest in his opinions. Even when he was away he made sure one of his colleagues was up to speed with everything. Great service.

I want to recommend Ejiro because he helped us a lot with moving into our new place. He always responded quickly to my questions and made the process much easier for us. Moving can be stressful, but having someone like him on your side makes a big difference. Ejiro, who is the manager is very helpful and he made this experience very easy. Thank you!

Just let our house with Element for the second time. Another great experience. Josh and the team know their business and are friendly, calm and efficient. Highly recommended.

Cos has been an absolute delight to work with as our mortgage broker. He is very responsive, polite and warm, but most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable about mortgages and the market. He understands how changeable and fragile the house buying process is and, accordingly, is flexible and helpful when the plan changes. Couldn't recommend Element Properties and Cos more!

Hiten went above and beyond over the course of many months to coordinate our two sales, purchase and lease extension, and dealt amazingly with my anxiety at every step in the process! Great rates, incredible service, and endlessly kind and patient. Could not recommend him highly enough!

I recently sold my flat using Element Properties & Co. Hiten, George and the team were fabulously supportive throughout the process. From the moment I walked through the door of their office to completion of the sale they were consistently efficient, friendly, reassuring and informative. I'd highly recommend using them as Estate Agents exactly the five star experience all buyers and sellers need.

If you're looking for an estate agent you can trust, this is the one. Hiten was able to find us exactly what we were looking for, which was actually quite specific. A friendly team that are honest, communicate brilliantly (I've never had to wait for a call or email), listen, are proactive and go above and beyond. They've been a great support through the whole house sale.

Hiten and the team were so great from the start to finish of our property purchase. The process ended up being a bit more complicated than expected but thanks to Hiten’s assistance it was all able to go ahead and we love our new home! When we look to sell, we would definitely work with Hiten and the team at Element Properties.

Always on hand to answer any questions and support us through a stressful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Element again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again

A wonderful experience with Element Properties. From the offset they found us a great property and the transition to getting the keys was seamless. Extremely professional and reliable and much better than agencies used in the past. Big thanks to Ejiro and the rest of the team.

Danny was very efficient from day 1, he helped my daughter and her friend with rented accommodation. He responded very quickly to messages, even out of hours and explained the process clearly. I am happy that Element are managing the property on behalf of the landlord

I have been a client of Element Properties & Co. both to rent and sell my house in Stoke Newington. I cannot speak more highly of the service that each member of staff have given me, no matter with whom I corresponded. They have a good work ethic, very professional, and without getting overly business minded. They are friendly, polite, always return my calls swiftly, or writing a text to let me know they will get back to me asap. They gave a very reasonable rate for the house sale, as I had been a long standing client. Whenever I had any uncertainties about fees or if I was in need of some advice, I was made to feel like they were taking advantage of my lacking knowledge in the housing market. No, I never had the sense of being conned or led up the garden path. To Josh, Cos, Hiten, George, Ejiro, Russel and the rest of the team: thanks for a great service and here's to wishing you all the best in the future. Charlie Winston

I honestly cannot thank Ejiro from Element Properties enough for his help in finding and securing a new home for me. I was fresh off the back of an awful experience with another agency, and ready to give up finding the right place after struggling for almost two months. Within little over a week, he had taken me to view a property, passed an offer onto the landlord and guided me through a very tricky referencing process - all in time to move in just 8 days later! An absolute pleasure to work with and I know where to turn to in future when I am looking for my next home.

My partner and I just bought a house sold by Element Properties and we could not recommend them enough! George was super responsive, very clear in his explanations of everything, and went out his way to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. He also recommend some fantastic local lawyers too. Thanks for everything George!

I was really hesitant to go with these guys and I wanted to go with one of the bigger companies. We ended up using element on a recommendation. I was totally wrong, the communication and extra effort they went to was so much better than we could have hoped for. They did extra things to help outside of what they needed to so and it was so well handled. They were cheaper too. If we ever needed to sell again we would only use Element.
