Me and my partner bought our first house with the help of Element Properties. It was our first house and was quite nerve wracking because of how complicated the process can be. Cos and Element Properties made it so unbelievably easy through start to finish and even when we were preparing to buy 2 years prior they helped all the way back then, which I didn't think they would. They were passionate and they helped at any time when we needed them. I will always use their services in the future! Thanks guys!!

I could not recommend Element Properties enough! Having gone through multiple moves whilst living in London, Element was by far the best! The whole process from viewing, to contracts, to moving in and ongoing management of the property they blow every other agent I've encountered out of the water. By far one of the best in London! If you're lucky enough to interact with Ejiro rest easy that you're in excellent hands, he made our whole process seamless - couldn't thank him enough!

I have just completed the sale of my house in Bounds Green with Elements Properties and found their service excellent all the way through. They have a really decent, honest and respectful approach to both sellers and buyers, communicating well which saves a lot of time and complication. Hiten also gave me advice and shared his expertise on aspects of my puchase which was really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were a pleasure to deal with and got the job done as I requested.

Just when I thought all renting agencies are borderline criminal sharks who will do anything to make your life miserable , I had the pleasure to rent from Element properties for the last 2 years, which was a much needed ray of sunshine compared to previous renting experiences I had in London. These guys have been absolutely fantastic, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly many times! 10/10 would recommend renting here! What a class act!

I have not dealt with anyone who is as efficient, sharp and professional as Josh from Element Properties since I’ve been in London. Quick to reply to my enquiry and rental application, no nonsense and very thorough, and excellent communication. I’ve only noticed afterwards that their agency has been the best in all of Britain. No wonder! Strongly recommended if you are looking to lease or sell your property or to rent or buy. You won’t be wasting your time.

My partner and I could not have been happier with the help and advice we received from Element Properties and specifically Cos who we worked with directly. We were so impressed with his flexibility and responsiveness in securing a mortgage for our new home. Element Properties demonstrated a profound understanding of market dynamics, ensuring that our mortgage rates were adjusted in real-time to reflect the ever-changing market conditions. Their commitment to staying ahead of market shifts gave us a level of security in an otherwise unpredictable real estate landscape. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with Element Properties keeping us informed at every stage. They presented a range of financing options tailored to our needs, enabling us to make well-informed decisions about our mortgage. In summary, if you're searching for a mortgage brokerage that combines flexibility and a genuine commitment to your financial well-being, Element Properties is the ideal choice. Their expertise ensures confidence and security in navigating the complexities of home financing.

Professional and quick service from start to finish. We dealt with Cos who held our hand through every step of agreeing our mortgage and even went above and beyond by assisting in setting up the relevant insurances. The Element systems and processes are a joy to use. With the inevitable mass paperwork that is involved in mortgage applications, their online forms and simplified ways of working meant we never felt overwhelmed and always knew what was required from us and when. Finally, Cos and everyone we dealt with at Element were extremely personable and explained everything in great detail and layman's terms when needed for us property novices. Cannot recommend Element Properties enough and will be recommending to friends and families at every opportunity!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
