Element Properties & Co Haringey reviews

We were on our third attempted purchase of a home when we came to George at Element Properties, so we'd had a lot of conversation with previous estate agents. George was fantastic, the calibre far higher than what we'd experienced previously. Very attentive, answered all our questions expediently, chased outcomes and replies from various parties involved, and overall expedited our purchase. Very grateful for this experience and would happily recommend.

Since I moved to London from outside the UK the whole process was a bit more complicated than expected. The team at Element Properties helped me through ever step of the way. I'm very thankful for their help, as moving abroad is always a bit scary, but I really felt supported, especially by Ejiro. Thank you!

Danny especially, our agent has always been swift with responses, and carefully reviewed and answered our concerns, as well as has taken swift initiatives to handle any issues raised. We have just taken on the tenancy of a flat in London and the team at Element Properties have been faultless in the service they have provided at every stage of the process. This is our first tenancy and any questions or concerns we had were dealt with in a courteous and professional manner. We would have no hesitancy in recommending this company to family and friends.

Cos and the team have been nothing but helpful and communicative since we moved into our property. During my search for the right property in London, I spoke to so many rude agents and landlords, however, I was astounded by Cos' warm, open, and professional nature, which has continued throughout our tenancy. I highly recommend Element Properties & CO. to anyone looking to for a high standard property and a great team, that will give you their time.

A year ago I was looking for a lock up and go in London. Josh from Element was great from finding the property to handling the paperwork and to dealing with the end of the lease. I highly recommend them and they will be my first port of call if I ever need somewhere to live in London again

Recently sold a property through Element Properties. George and Cos made the entire process feel really stress free. They held our hand throughout the entire process. We received an efficient service from both these guys with a very professional but relaxed delivery. Extremely communicative and got us the best deal possible. Was an absolute pleasure and would definitely use these guys again. They went above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough. 5 Stars.

Excellent letting agents! We have rented a property from Element Properties & Co. since Nov 2019 and they have been nothing but excellent. Cos is always quick to answer any queries we have. The property that we rent is decorated to a high standard and partly furnished with really nice furniture. I would highly recommend renting from such a friendly and trustworthy letting agents, who are so quick to answer questions or fix anything!

In the few dealings I've had with them as a prospective client of theirs, the professionalism, patience and pleasant communication from Cos was great. He was clearly happy to take his time in explaining various financing options, with the full knowledge that I'm far off being a potential fee generating client any time soon. Refreshing experience in this field.
