My partner and I had a great experience finding a flat in London through Element Properties after quite a few mixed experiences with other agencies. Josh in particular was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, answered all our questions promptly, and helped us move in smoothly. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional real estate agency!

Had the most amazing housing experience with Josh! As an international, he helped tremendously by answering any and all questions I had about the renting market here, and made the entire process that much easier and enjoyable. I would absolutely work with him and Element Properties again, and would recommend this agency to anyone!

As first time renters in the area, Josh was both welcoming and informative. Element properties answered any and all queries we had and still continue to do so, even after moving in. Going forward I feel comfortable that Element properties will be able to help throughout our tenancy. Highly recommended.

My personal experience has mainly been with Josh Fox-Cooper, but even when he is unavailable the supporting team has always been amazing. Correspondence is extremely fast on any day of the week with the upmost transparency. Overall, a great agent to work with that mix the perfect degree of calmness, friendliness and professionalism. Cannot recommend more.

Josh provided us with the best experience to rent a new flat. In the end, we didn’t decide to move due to personal reasons - but he still handled everything quickly and courteously. Thank you!

We have been using Element for a while now, they have managed our properties exactly how it should be done. We went from 2 different agencies that were not up to date with regulations, we were always chasing them for gas certs etc. We were just fed up. I do not normally write reviews, however today they went above and beyond and I cannot thank the team enough. I will always recommend them. My relatives have also used them for selling property, and have told me that the knowledge these guys have on property is outstanding. I would also add, they have helped me in structuring my portfolio, and helped me better it. They didn't need to do that. 🙏🏻 Thanking the whole team for all your efforts and constantly being on the other line when I need. 5 stars and more.😊 Mr Royston

We selected Element Properties based on a recommendation that they are an efficient progressive new business. The sale of our London flat became a long drawn out 12 month process due to the Landlord, who is a Housing Association, prevaricating over whether they could provide a clean lenders letter. George and more recently Hiten managed the sales process in an consistently efficient and way, with excellent communication with ourselves at all times. Our buyers were first time buyers and the personal support they received from both George and Hiten undoubtedly significantly supported the successful sales process, achieving maximum value for us in the currently turbulent market. We would not hesitate to recommend Element Properties
