GoogleAn honest, helpful and fair team which truly stands out in the world of estate agents. I've experienced them on the sales side as a buyer, and have never felt over-sold or pushed. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe dealt mainly with Josh and Ejiro. After appointment Element immediately arranged for professionally photos to be taken and a floor plan drawn up. The flat looked great on-line and attracted a lot of interest. They arranged for about 25 viewings in the space of one week. By this time a number of offers were on the table and we were able to choose They were polite and conscientious professional and diplomatic. Overall we are very pleased with the service.

GoogleThe best agent I’ve ever dealt with. I cannot rate this agency highly enough; you’re more than someone looking for somewhere to live, you’re a person looking for a home. Every person at the agency we dealt with was respectful, communicative and kind. They wanted both the owner and the tenant to be happy with the agreement. Their communication was exceptional, they helped change things in the property out of their remit to ensure we were happy. After using KFH and other agencies in the area, under no circumstances would I go anywhere else. Josh and Ej are brilliant, they’re not only brilliant at their jobs but they’re willing to go to extra mile. Absolutely brilliant, can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleAs a landlord based in North London, I’ve always been keen to foster relationships with an estate agency that genuinely cares and provides a top quality service. Look no further than Element Properties. The team is an absolute joy to deal with and provides an incredibly thorough, personal and friendly service. The quality of prospective tenants that they source have been clearly vetted and I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending this firm. A true joy to do business with and incredibly professional!

GoogleGeorge, Cos and their colleagues were exemplary. They offer helpful and friendly service. George gave us a lot of honest and useful advice about our home and best options for us. He was very patient with us, and very nice to deal with. We ended up selling our flat through Element and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The pictures were first rate, they responded to everything promptly, gave us a realistic valuation, helped arrange handymen for us in preparation for marketing the property, and best of all did all this at a very competitive rate! We had a really positive experience with George and his colleagues, and would recommend Element Properties without hesitation to friends and family looking to buy or sell a property. These guys are just streets ahead of the competition.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleReally fantastic experience letting through element properties. Josh and George handled the whole process fantastically. It was smooth, everything was presented clearly and all our questions were answered. The way in which they conducted viewings was clever and reflects their ethos as a company. Absolutely would recommend. We are well settled in our new home and feel confident in their ability to manage it well. The welcome box was also a lovely touch.

GoogleThe team at Element Properties have provided an excellent service to us, managing the rental of our large property. They have provided some very useful advice and have been extremely helpful and quick to reply to or to action any issues we have had. Communication is excellent. They are small enough to be able to deal with you on a personal level, but large enough to have the experience and professionalism to ensure they provide an excellent management service. A pleasure to do business with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been using estate agents to let properties for a long time and when I started to use Element Properties, I expected the same reasonable service. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that. 1/. They gave me expert advice. 2/. They kept me informed at all times, reporting how the various showings went: and keeping me up to date constantly. 3/. They made sure that all the paperwork required was asked for long in advance. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Trustworthy, knowledgable and very competent. Use them!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI can't rate Element enough! I have just started in a flat with them and the process was excellent from start to finish. They are on the ball and have a very straightforward process for making an offer and signing, all of which can be done via email and online. I'd particularly highlight their integrity. I was never pressured or given the hard sell and they include guidance on tenants rights and responsibilities in their process, which is a great touch! Overall great guys who are fantastic at what they do!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI’ve recently used Element letting service to find me a new tenant... with an excellent outcome. Within minutes of my property details going on their website we had a dozen enquiries, all from serious & professional prospective tenants, which Element followed up, so that within 4 days a new tenant moved in. They are also arranging a remortgage for me, being very thorough in their approach. Good result... I am a happy customer !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGeorge and Cos have been nothing but lovely to us as landlords, completely defying the stereotype that landlords have. They are quick to respond, they have bent over backwards to make sure that the property was perfect for us and they are attentive with both upkeep, as well as just checking on our general wellbeing. All of our other friends that rent are extremely jealous, we would highly recommend Element Properties & Co.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
