GoogleStephanie from Element Properties was the best agent I had since moving to UK. When she took over after the previous agency, all of the issues that we had were resolved in a matter of weeks. She was very attentive and was a true definition of what and agent should be- a connection between the tenant and the landlord. Thank you for your help!

GoogleAs a landlord for over 10 years, I can honestly say that Element have helped my business in ways I never imagined. From quickly and efficiently selling my refurbished home to filling my HMO property with reliable tenants, the entire process has been so easy and stress-free. A big thank you to the team there for taking time to actually listen and care about my needs before taking action - a breath of fresh air in this business!

GoogleOur property had been on the market for more than eight months, going nowhere fast. We saw Element sell another flat in our development within a week and immediately switched to use them as our agents. We weren't disappointed. George sold our place within three weeks and handled everything with the sale brilliantly. He was courteous, professional and always available. We would recommend Element to anyone in a heartbeat.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleIt has been such a comforting experience to have the property I rent be managed by Element Properties. I have had the reported issues handled with appropriate urgency, been provided attention, and most importantly been shown a lot of compassion. It brings a great deal of comfort in the reassurance that if things go south, they will be handled with utmost professionalism.

GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. We worked on a full refinance, purchase, development and letting out of a block of flats. The whole project took 8 months and every step of the way the team were there ready to deal with any issues quickly and efficiently. The whole process was made simple and they were completely transparent. Worth every penny and if I could give them a 10 star review I would.

GoogleBeen a tenant for almost 3 years and could not be happier with the service Element provides! They're always there when anything needs to be fixed or replaced, response times are excellent. And on top of that you have the friendliness and warmth of Cos and his dad; they really make you feel comfortable and assured that they got your back. Could not recommend them more!

GoogleReally happy with Element. Very friendly and helpful. They talk to you and treat you like a human being, not just a customer/client. If you have any issues, they are quick to reply and resolve any issues. They also clearly care about what they are doing, not like many landlords/agents in London who have minimal care for the properties and renters. Definitely recommend using them!

GoogleElement recently over saw a development that they proposed would increase my rent. Not only did they deliver the project on time they also over achieved on the rent and dramatically increased my yield. A new and different approach to any other estate agents I have dealt with, a go to business for any landlord looking to get the most out of their investments.

I would recommend them as they are knowledgeable and provide a professional service during a stressful time.

GoogleUsing estate agents doesn't always equate to a fulfilling experience, but our dealings with Element Properties have put the industry in a great light. They're very friendly, approachable, understand the stresses of the process, and most importantly know what they're doing. They've made the process of finding a new home during lockdown as easy as it could have been.
