Both of them were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our question throughout the whole process. My flatmate and I are both international we really appreciated the assistance which we frankly did not see with any of the other real estate companies we came into contact with during our search. We've been in our flat for a few weeks now and the other members of their team that we have worked with, Daniel and Marina, are just as helpful with our other question regarding utilities, wifi, etc. I highly recommend!!

Raised a concern with them on the 15th of December and to date they have not even bothered to acknowledge these concerns after promises Michael Porter would be in touch looking at the below reviews looks like I am unlikely to hear from him without raising this higher shame considering his title his head of block management perhaps he needs to re assess his work load so he can manage his time better. Taken the initial route of a sars request to show the lack of communication perhaps with the sars being provided and this review they will have the courtesy to reply.

GoogleReliable Homes sent a really nice plumber to replace my bathroom taps, who arrived punctually at the designated hour. Despite having a few technical problems with my set-up he was cheerful, patient and professional and got the job done just fine. Also, once he had the right fittings, he was very quick to install them. He also replaced the shower-head which was an added bonus, and as you can see from the pic, the new set looks great.

GoogleGuys please do not write a review befor you move out because you have no idea how these people will change to. I am about to move out on 15th Sep. The agency guy get into my room without knocking on Saturday morning. And I did not receive email before. And they do not even feel sorry about it. They even 'made up' an email to explain that they sent email before. Pictures of email will be uploaded later as proof after I mosaic some personal details.

GoogleThey were dealing with a property we were moving out of, passed on from another property manager. Must have told them a 1000 times to give us notice before they come for a viewing. Still came in unannounced.
Update: What I didn't mention is that they actually walked in that time they came unannounced. Furthermore they have been calling and sending emails to get me to change my review with bribes, and to try and excuse what happened. They never actually apologised either. Crazy.

We would appreciate to have been given the opportunity to address it. To date we had no knowledge of this and we find the complaint unfounded. We were never at any stage managing or dealing with the property in question, we were merely a sub agent instructed to carry out viewings by the managing agent. We tried to contact you several by phone to discuss this but you are not getting back to us. Furthermore, you were never our client, whether a tenant or landlord. My initial impression was good, Sarah is great and responsive, but after that I had many emails from other employees ignored, I've had no heating for a week and my request for some rent money back was ignored, even though an unfixed radiator cost me an extra 200 pounds in heating bills before this, I don't think that's really my fault.
