GoogleUtterly awful experience, insulting levels of customer service and professional standards. As many others have noted in previous reviews, this agency shows absolutely ZERO consideration of prospective tenants, and I dare guess prospective landlords too, in not upholding a transparent process. My partner and I were booked for a flat viewing, which we had to make space in our diaries for and travel a long distance to make, as we are currently not living in London. Having received a reminder about our appointment, we went to the property safe in the knowledge that an agent would be there to show us around. This turned out not to be the case, as we waited around and no one showed up. Several phone call attempts later, finally we got through to their office and the person I spoke to acted as though he was completely clueless about our appointment, coming up with the poor explanation that his colleague in charge of our viewing had gone home sick earlier and that we should wait till she's back the following week to reschedule. All of this was a LIE: I went back to the ad link shortly after, and it clearly stated "Let Agreed". So in essence, they had found a tenant before showing the property to us and had not even taken the minimal trouble to let us know to spare us a pointless trip. TENANTS: stay away from these time wasters. LANDLORDS: stay away too. This agency is not going through a fair and transparent tenant selection process, thereby not acting in your best interest and potentially causing you to lose out on best offers and carefully vetted tenants. Shameful, unprofessional, pathetic and disrespectful business whose name can only be a work of the finest irony.

GoogleHi, I had a very upsetting experience yesterday with one of the agents called Angelo Matraxia. I was booked for a viewing in Crouch End, so I asked to leave early at work to be able to make it on time. I also had to pay for a taxi, because I hate to be late, I think it is such a disrespectful thing to do. I received a message from the agent 15 minutes before the viewing, he was just double checking that I was still up for that viewing, I replied "yes, I am on my way". I arrived at the property right on time and waited there for 45 minutes. During that time I messaged him once and called him twice. I never heard back from him. Really wasted my afternoon and evening and also had to ask for a favor at work. Sorry but it is not acceptable. Funny that the name of the company is called Reliable.

Awful company. Rented for 5 years and when it comes to getting my deposit back they have completely ignored me. Still an ongoing process. Even breached their contracts by sending workers into my flat while I was still renting with no notice or permission. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleVery bad experience with this agency, they took my money, they did not find me a room or studio and when I called them to Have my money back (three times in two months, so I let them all the time to solve the problem) they always reply "We will let you know", four months are gone and they do not reply to me anymore. Worst experience in 6 years living in this country!!! Be aware!!!

GoogleTeach your staff how to drive. Especially when driving a company car. Almost crashed in to me FOUR TIMES on the A40 last night. Jumping lanes with no indicator, undercutting and weaving in and out with ZERO consideration for anyone else. Almost hit a child in the rear seat of a car on the right. Absolutely disgusting, they appeared to be on their phone. Having had a company car myself previously I know you have a responsibility to represent the company when using it, and I’m just shocked that your staff are content giving this impression. If they have complete disregard for others safety, why should anyone trust them with something as important as a home. Number plate was VK19 YXN.

We have had a dreadful, and still ongoing experience in attempting to get the deposit back on a flat we rented for the past year. The service and communications has been nothing short of disgraceful with emails and phone calls regularly going unanswered for days or even at all. They need to be badgered and chased to even get basic answers to basic questions. The charges still under dispute are bogus and flimsy, yet they are staling on helping us redress them properly. They appear to be doing all they can to hold on to our money as long as possible. I wouldn't wish dealing with them on my worst enemy

Absolutely appalling service. My daughter who suffers with mental health is renting a shoebox property for a large amount of money in London. Since Feb, she has not been able to use the shower due to overflow of water. Agent advised that she use the kitchen sink to wash. It is now June and they still have not fixed the shower but worse still the toilet pipe work which we assume is linked to the shower is also over flowing. The toilet cannot be used. It is blocked. Sewage water every where. My daughter had called and left urgent messages but no response. They are unprofessional and we are now in the processing of contacting authorities to report.

GoogleI viewed the property on the day that I saw it, that same day put a deposit down, completed all the paperwork electronically and moved in four days after. Calls and emails were able to be handled after 6 PM, service was amazing I couldn’t ask for anything more and it can’t be beaten possibly, I recommend it with no worries.

Don't rent a house with them, they will make your life a living hell. A bunch of unprofessional liars. They will pretend everything is fine and greet you with a smile, but in reality, they are waiting for any opportunity to take your money and will never listen to you. I would report them and take them to court (believe me I have enough evidence) but I just want to forget about it and move on.
