GoogleA refund for a deposit I paid was confirmed by Reliable Homes, an agency owned by David Norris from my understanding, in March, has still not been processed. I have followed up a few times via email and have had no response. They had confirmed verbally and over email they would refund me.

GoogleWe have just moved out of a property we rented through reliable homes. The process from start to finish was a breeze. All staff members I dealt with throughout the tenancy were extremely helpful and professional. Our deposit was refunded very quickly after moving out. Overall a great service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The staff was proactive really helpful and kept in touch through the whole process we got an asking price offer from the first viewing I will definitely recommend working with James and Victoria and the whole team there .

GoogleThe worst experience with a letting agency. The agent was rude and he shown us the flat in a rush, pushing us up and down the stairs to be quick. The flat wasn't a good match for us and he complained we don't have clear ideas. I don't recommend them at all.

Liam Sullivan from the Islington branch booked an appointment with me for viewing on at 12:30pm on 2 March. I didn't want him to wait so I arrived 15min early. I waited for 45 minutes. Liam did not even turn up and did not call. I called the office at 12:40pm, The person answered the phone told me he JUST LEFT the office. I called the office again at 12:50pm, the person answered the phone said he will turn up soon. After the no-show, Liam called and claimed he was at the property all time (lie 1, the person in the office said he left late. If he was at the property, he would have called me) and claimed that I was at the wrong address (lie 2, I specifically checked the picture in the listing and made sure I was waiting at the correct entrance). He said he could wait if I came back to see him, there was nothing else he could do. He did not even apologise for not showing up. I can't believe how Drivers could hire a person with such a shockingly rude and arrogant attitude and dishonesty.

I can see how this must have been very frustrating and I am not surprised that you felt it necessary to leave the one-star review that you have. I can assure you that this is not the service you can expect from Reliable Homes as I’m sure you can see from other reviews that have been posted. Unfortunately, the member of the team that arranged the appointment for you was unable to attend due to a health issue and was called away unexpectedly and did not have the opportunity cancel the appointment with you. Due to the nature of this ongoing health issues the member of staff no longer works for us at Reliable Homes. I hope that you understand that this really was an isolated incident, and this is not how we treat of clients. I apologize again for any inconvenience cause and hope that we can help you in the future. We did try to contact you several times to discuss this and offer a good will but couldn't get hold of you.
