We didn't rent from Snellers due to some unlucky circumstances and events. However I wouldn't praise enough the professionalism, kindness and hard work from Jessica Taylor from the branch in Hampton. She went above and beyond to find the best place, meet our needs, often anticipating them. We liaised with Dyaun who was an absolute star and driving force in ensuring our first purchase went ahead smoothly and quickly. His quick responses and unrelenting chasing of the solicitors was invaluable near the end of the purchase. Had a great experience with the Snellers Hampton Hill. Comparing to other agencies, Snellers agents were much more professional, kind and helpful. We booked a viewing with Harley who was very knowledgeable about all the details of the properties. Was very involved in helping us finding the right place and answering all the questions we had, contacting landlord when there was a need. We were ready to take one of the apartments he showed us, even had the offer ready to send, unfortunately we had to change our plans last minute. Pushy all the way.

In order to quicken a sale, Snellers suggested to use a Search from the previous Buyer saying it would save me money. Their Memoranda of Sale with unrealistic deadlines highlighted with a marker pen so unprofessional. To cap it all, the Vendor agreed my offer of the full asking price the day following viewing but would Snellers take it off the market as I requested. No. Not even show it as Under Offer or SSTC. They even had the nerve to say there might be further viewings. Also kept sending silly e mail reminders to my Solicitors every 2 weeks or so. My Solicitors and I spentfar more hours on not only my purchase but my sale in getting thetransactions across the line. Avoid.

Bias discriminatory tenancy referencing

I have over £100k in savings I own two businesses that earn over £450k pa but yet I cant pass a tenant reference for a house that is £1600pm? because the way my finances are laid out, savings not in a savings account, dividends not payroll etc yet people who work for me would pass? Just want to say big thank you to Harley for his service and help in our property search. He was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Other than Harley’s professionalism and great communication skills, I really admired and appreciated how he was following COVID-19 regulations to ensure that current tenants as well as everyone else viewing the properties is safe. In one of the viewings he arranged for me, another couple where there to view the same flat but they did not bring masks nor gloves. Harley was very quick and professional in handling the situation and politely explained to them that he won’t be able to let them in the flat without masks. Our experience with the team at Snellers, Hampton Hill, has been great. We completed on our sale in Hampton last week, thanks to the fantastic work from Gary Oliver, Jessica Moreno, Tom Warrington, and the rest of their friendly, helpful team. From the very beginning, Gary was very genuine and honest regarding our valuation, and obliging in the fact that we suddenly wanted our house put on the market in a matter of days (even though we’d be thinking about it for a year!). They worked hard and seemingly communicated well as a team to sell the house, of which we sold (and bought a house through a local agent in Wiltshire) within three months, which is great considering the times we live in. Jessica Moreno was very helpful, patient (with me), reassuring and responsive throughout the nerve racking process; and Tom and the rest of the team were also there to help as well in many ways. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Hampton area.

Snellers Hampton team has been exceptionally good! My and my husband have use them to sell our house after negative experiences with other agencies. From the first visit we received very high standard and professional service. It was kept that way until the sale was completed.
