I recently visited a property with Sonia, I had changed my mind and then last minute revisited. Sonia was extremely professional, her personality is so warm, and infectious that she really was part of my decision to really go for the purchase of property. Having had some issues that have needed addressing Sophie Sheppard has been absolutely brilliant in getting our issues addressed, fixed, and repaired straight away. Sophie has been brilliant at communicating and keeping us informed and updated regarding our tenancy and our issues of late. Sophie is the best that we have ever dealt with and certainly deserves her title of Senior Property Manager.

We would not recommend Snellers to anyone looking to sell their property. Having instructed them on our property in Hampton, we found them to be lacking in customer service, with myself and my husband having to continuously chase for updates. They booked viewings without asking for our availability and approval, and when flagging this to them, we were ignored and treated with contempt, particularly by Ruby. They are the worst estate agents we have dealt with. They gave us very little confidence in the process, and it felt like a transactional experience, where all they cared about was meeting viewing targets. We asked for our house to be unlisted, yet upon driving by their office at least one month afterwards, our property was still being actively marketed in their window. Please avoid.

Thank you Snellers Hampton Hill for guiding me through this sometimes stressful and precarious process. I had more tailored viewings from snellers without chucking anyone and everybody through the door which in my head does not always work. Snellers listened to me and how I wanted to work, which I appreciated. I bought my previous house through Tom Warrington who is down to earth, approachable and good at his job, no messing about and such a lovely Man! Thank you Tom....! Tilly at Snellers Hampton was extremely helpful during our property search. We had a bad experience with another property falling through at the last minute and we were working to a tight timescale to find somewhere else and get all the paperwork through. Tilly showed us around 2 great places, one of which we are now renting and very pleased with. She made the whole process really easy for us and gave us good advice throughout. Tilly was very proactive in contacting the landlady and following up on our referencing with lettings hub. She had the contracts drawn up very quickly and we were able to move into our new property just 3 weeks later!
