GoogleI am currently still renting with this low quality agency at the moment. I have previously posted a review and I am writing another one since this agency has done nothing to help us out. My partner recently had a meeting with Daniel and Regini the landlady to try and sort this horrific situation in this flat. As mentioned in my previous review this flat has a mould problem, we have found mould inside the kitchen cupboards that have been left from the previous tenants and also we have a newborn baby. We have raised these issues back in December both with the landlady and Daniel, we are in March 2020 and still nothing has been done and we are expected to live in these horrific conditions. We would like to leave as we didn’t know this flat in sunbury has this kind of problem, we can leave but have to pay a high amount of money which is more than our deposit! So when we moved in we found out there are many things that are broken with this flat and above all that there is mould inside the kitchen cupboards and on the walls! We have been too kind with these people now we will be taking this matter further since these people think it’s alright to live in these conditions with a baby! I have had enough of Daniel harassing my partner by constantly calling him regarding that I need to take my previous review down as it is false, but if it is false then why hasn’t the mould been fixed I think this agency and landlady need to learn a few things regarding what is legal and what isn’t.

Few months ago we found a property in Twickenham through Snellers. For the past three - four weeks there were a number of isues that needed to be addressed. We called Charlotte Nugent who is the Property Manger looking after our property.All issues that we brought to her attention were attended straight away and fixed within very short period of time. For the past 10 years we have been dealing with several Property Agents and Charlotte proved to be one of the most reliable and professional people that we have ever met.
