GoogleTHE FAULTY TOWERS OF ESTATE AGENTS, BORRIS JOHNSON MUST BE WORKING HERE It’s a shambles! Snellers Hampton hill Positives truthfully none absolutely none Negatives -I specified an area , they keep recommending places out of that area. The hint guys is when someone specifies an area! -I asked for photos of a flat for sale on Hampton high street Both Jack and Jessica tried to upsell Other areas to me, ignored my email and didn’t send me the photos of the flat I was actually interested in. If you can’t listen and answer a question, go back to nursery and learn the basics again. -6 years ago when looking at rental Flats I emailed about renting a flat I had seen same branch, they send back a load flats for me. Wrong area And 80% over my budget. It’s seems like they just want your money and to feed you bull…… , If I want to be ripped Off and told A load bulloc.. i will look for the Tinder swindler! I thought this was a Estate agents! I will be avoiding Snellers like for life!

GoogleImogen and Samantha provided an exemplary service at all times. Imogen was my main point of contact for most of my dealings with Snellers and was always friendly and eager to assist and dealt with all matters promptly without any pushiness sometimes associated with estate agents. Samantha too was a great pleasure to deal with.

GoogleA awful service in a hard market. I would avoid. Promises a lot when trying to secure your property to market. Does not follow up on those promises (I was ignored for the duration of contract), the worst estate agent I have worked with.

GoogleWe have been well looked after by the Property Management section of Snellers. They reply to any emails immediately and are readily available on the phone to answer any queries. They have always been polite and professional. In the past we have been looked after by Charlotte and Elizabeth and our property is now under the care of Isabella Murton and we feel completely confident with her management.

A fabulous set up , and the way they arranged the viewings was smooth and there were no complications.Nothing was to much trouble . So far all moving in process was nice - we had some bad experiences at the beginning but they tried to solve it as soon as possible.
