GoogleWe had quite a short window to find a property, and were very impressed by how very helpful and supportive Snellers were. Though, consequently, we found out some information was withheld from us by Snellers, which would have made a massive difference to us financially if we had known! This is why I have reduced from 5 stars to 3. Not as trustworthy as we thought!! Be careful!!

There were a few hiccups when I moved in to the house however, although it was a weekend, Lisa was immediately available and came to the house to assist. I have found Lisa to be approachable, efficient, professional and helpful. I have recently moved to the UK and Lisa has gone beyond the call of duty providing advice and support. I can highly recommend Lisa who balances the interests of both landlord and tenant.

GoogleI have bought my current house through Snellers Hampton and I'm impressed with how the agency handled the sale from the very skillful way Ross negotiated the price (although not in our favor😉)to the support Clare from after-sales support provided to get this sale over to completion. Selling and buying property is such a stressful process with so many parties involved, it is so hard sometimes to know who to really trust but with the support of Ross and Clare we have managed to complete within 2 months! They have been so helpful and professional and made it that much easier for me.
