Snellers St Margaret’s - Excellent team

I sold my property in Isleworth through Snellers St Margarets. The team were brilliant from start to finish, providing regular communication and managing my sale with professionalism whilst also making the process enjoyable. A sale was made quickly and the process was fast and efficient. I’m already moved and in my new home faster than expected. Hitesh Patel looked after the sale and was a pleasure to liaise with. His advice and support guided me through selling my first property making it a straight forward process. He kept in regular contact with my solicitor and got back to me quickly with messages from the buyers. Hitesh was always happy to answer any queries I had. Andy and Dyaun in the Snellers office were also a pleasure to liaise with and gave a great deal of helpful information and support. I would not hesitate to sell with Snellers again in the future, they are an excellent team of estate agents.

Isabella is a great property manager

Isabella is a great property manager . She recently took over from my previous property mgr (who was also fantastic) I am an overseas landlord and she made the effort to meet me when I was back in UK so she could introduce herself. She is communicative and checks in regularly to make sure all is ok. This is v reassuring to an overseas landlord so we can be kept informed. When I asked her to send photos of a recent renovation that had to be done on my property she obliged in a very timely manner. 5* service!

Highly recommend Snellers!

I am so pleased with the service provided by Snellers. We have been renting through them for about 5 years. The initial move was fantastic, well organised. The whole team have been fantastic. The property is managed by them too , a special thank you to Isabella who has been amazing and so helpful. I have had extensive experience of estate agents over recent years but the team at Snellers are by far the best that I have dealt with. They offered excellent pre sales advice as well as getting high numbers of serious buyers through the door and once the sale was agreed their dedicated sales support manager navigated us through the process, often keeping us better informed than our conveyancer. After a slow start, our new property manager was excellent!

I have been with snellers for just over a year now. We have had a few problems in our property which took some time to resolve however, Lisa was always very friendly and helpful when she became our property manager. She would keep in touch and was relatively easy to contact for a letting agent! Towards the end of our tenancy she has been amazing with everything, also some of the other staff around the office have been very helpful regarding our property!

I’ve been with Snellers for almost a year now and have never ever had a problem with them. Compared to previous estate agents from previous homes, which were no help and not so understanding. One colleague called Matt has been more than helpful and very reassuring throughout my tenancy. I was going through a difficult situation and Matt was very speedy in offering his support so I could get everything quickly sorted. If there was ever a problem Matt was the go to person to get this sorted out. Out of my experience Snellers are one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Thank you.

My wife and I made contact with Snellers (Hampton Hill) initially to see a property for sale on their website. Like most property purchases you need to get your house on the market should you want your offer to be accepted. Snellers without any pressure carried out a valuation. Some valuations can have a significant range which isn’t good! whereas Snellers, who know the local market well, sought to price the house at a figure which pleasantly surprised us and would tempt buyers through the door for viewings. The advise was that if the property was marketed right and coupled with their data base of potential and new buyers expectations, it would be under offer very quickly, clearly their strategy worked because after the first block viewing, we had 4 offers on the table, 2 of which were the full asking price. The Snellers manager would then seek to clarify each of the buyers positions and establish whether they are genuine proceedable offers. We received regular updates and through regular conversations built up a good relationship with the Snellers management team. We decided to proceed with an offer just under the asking price because of their position whereas the others weren’t as well positioned to move as quickly. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to the small chain further down. Clearly frustrated, Snellers had it back on the market in a week and we secured a cash buyer and the sale was successfully completed circa 8 weeks later for the full asking price. In parallel during the sale process of our property, we were actively looking at properties for sale, most of which were through Snellers. We had specific expectations of what we were looking for and the Snellers management found 3-4 really good properties which we made offers on. During the ‘offer’ phase, we were given updates regularly. The Snellers team knew my financial limit and respected it but occasionally presented a change of perspective and highlighted the opportunities in terms of potential and resale value especially with a project e.g a house that needs a lot of work on it. Overall, I would strongly recommend Dan, Tom and Danielle and the team in the Hampton Hill branch who made the process of selling our home of circa 10yrs a pleasant experience. R&R
