Unethical and I highly question the integrity of their conduct. A bunch of children who don't ever seem to know what they're doing. They draw close to the line with how they do business and seem rather willing to tell quite significant lies and manipulate people. Filthy business to be frank and forthcoming. Not worth the deep level of toxicity.

GoogleNot the greatest experience on either side of the coin lettings department only interested in there cut at the end of the month, inspections left a lot to be desired!! Incompetence with changes made to property and not picked up!! Buying and selling not as bad but needed nudging every week to make progress!!!

We are sorry that your original sale fell through, unfortunately in these uncertain times there was difficulty in the buyer obtaining a mortgage, the good news though is when the property was remarketed, we achieved the same price when many properties are experiencing less and managed to keep your purchase through us on the same path. Hopefully, you will agree that turning the new sale round in six weeks would have made up for the original sale falling through. GoogleGot a new job in Alton and I struggled to get accommodation since I was new in the UK and had no credit record. Emailed Bourne Estate Agents among other agents and they were the only ones that responded. This is less than a month later I have happily moved into my own space.

GoogleBourne in Alton are a wonderful help to any landlord who would like the stress taken away through their full management service. Jayne in particular was hugely helpful in managing the large scale renovations needed over several months to get the property up to standard and was constantly striving to make the improvements necessary to get the best possible income yield. Would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone.

GoogleFantastic experience with the team at Bourne (Alton Branch). Throughout the whole process they were honest and kept us informed of the latest status of the Purchase/Sale chain. If there were any issues Gemma let us know and was always there to try and sort out the problem, or had already put the phone call in, above and beyond what they needed to. GoogleI've moved many times in my life and have experienced some top estate agents (and some REALLY bad ones). Bourne estate agents Alton are 100% top of my list. I've never experienced such personal and professional service. Every phone call was responded to, even if Gemma Miller (my contact), was absent. You feel you can deal with the entire branch even though assigned to an individual. I can't recommend them highly enough.
