GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Gemma from Bourne in Alton. Our initial enquiry led us to a beautiful home but we felt it was missing two key elements for us, the next day Gemma had a second house to view which she promised met every criteria we'd asked for, and she wasn't wrong! The house was perfect. Gemma maintained in constant communication with us throughout the process, and we knew we were in safe hands. She's been professionally, diligent and friendly the whole time, nothing was a bother and she has always been so helpful. It feels like talking to a friend rather than an agent. She has completely changed our view on estate agents and I couldn't recommend her or Bourne more from the experience we've had. GoogleI can not recommend Bourne Estate Agents in Alton enough. We have had a very long drawn out time with our property sale due to the fluctuating market, potential buyer pulling out and then Covid-19... not an easy ride at all, but made bearable thanks to the professionalism and brilliant customer service Bourne have provided throughout. Gemma, Andrew and Bryn have been a pleasure to deal with and without their promptness and accuracy dealing with the various stumbling blocks thrown in our way, I very much doubt we would have had the happy and positive ending to this whole process. 1st class service received at all times. 🤩PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI expected Bourne to be like any other agents we’ve dealt with, but they proved me wrong! The whole team have been very warm and friendly; Gemma, Andrew & Ayisha. Each of them answered any questions and gave us guidance throughout the purchase. Gemma recommended some Solicitors to us, along with an excellent Surveyor. Her advice has been really useful. Overall the whole process has been fairly smooth and trouble-free thanks to the team at Bourne. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe’ve just exchanged on our new property which we purchased through Bourne. I cannot fault them. We’ve had so many hiccups with different things along the way and every time Gemma has done all she can to help. Nothing was too much to ask, she was positive, friendly and understanding the entire time. Everyone in the office has been professional but warm. GoogleSo far Bourne Estate Agents have made numerous mistakes costing me time and money. Each time they have justified themselves rather than owning up to their mistakes. It's a real shame because some things they do well, like their inventory reports and finding tenants, but sadly it doesn't balance out the things that have gone wrong as a property owner.
