Be warned, these guys were awful the whole two years of our tenancy. Janie was so unhelpful and rude whenever we reached out. At the end of the tenancy we left the property in great condition, and she tried to take £804 of our deposit, £560 of which was for cleaning. Luckily our deposit was held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme so having disputed it they ruled in our favor, but watch out.

I have had a horrible experience with…

I have had a horrible experience with Maddie Barrington as a tenant.We were presented with a dirty property full of black mold and left to rot with a newborn for two and a half years before eventually having to move out.We faced a sizeable rent increase as well but absolutely no action towards our very serious issue.We have lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes and have had to spend tens of hours emptying our wardrobes in order to wash our clothes again and again.On top of everything we had to pay enormous electricity bills as a result of running several dehumidifiers.Maddie has not been helpful or accommodating.I would recommend to make sure you do not deal with her If you do have to work with wink worth.Edit: In regards to your response, I have put the name of the person there so you should be able to know what office this is. The property is in N1.
