Winkworth Fulham are by far the best Estate Agent I have dealt with. Their honesty, openness, & responsiveness made the selling process so much less stressful than it might have been. Faith and Lilly were very professional and helpful, particularly as I was selling my flat from abroad with little time zone overlap with the UK. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in the Fulham and Parsons Green area.

I have had a horrible experience with…

I have had a horrible experience with Maddie Barrington as a tenant.We were presented with a dirty property full of black mold and left to rot with a newborn for two and a half years before eventually having to move out.We faced a sizeable rent increase as well but absolutely no action towards our very serious issue.We have lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes and have had to spend tens of hours emptying our wardrobes in order to wash our clothes again and again.On top of everything we had to pay enormous electricity bills as a result of running several dehumidifiers.Maddie has not been helpful or accommodating.I would recommend to make sure you do not deal with her If you do have to work with wink worth.Edit: In regards to your response, I have put the name of the person there so you should be able to know what office this is. The property is in N1.

The worst agency .

The worst agency .. I had a viewing yesterday and I went to see the flat with my wife and my 6 months old babe ,and my agent Lewis Impleton , probably he hasn’t so happy with that , he tried to avoid answer my question, very poor customers skills , he wasn’t even showing me the house , not talking at all .. probably you could see he was not interested to rent the flat to me from the first moment .. after that i told him I was happy to rent the flat and I have everything had they need .. while allAnswer was been answered next day was asking me again the same question by email . .. his email very unprofessional, he was like writing to a friend .. never mind after all that , not answering to me for 2 days , I had to email him again and after the reply of him was that the flat it’s been gone .. that all , didn’t even ask me if he can show me some other properties that are still on the market..

Please avoid them. Reclaiming our deposit has become a lengthy and arduous process

Unfortunately, our experience with Winkworth has been so disappointing that I must give a 1-star rating, though I wish there was an option for zero stars. They have repeatedly made false statements to unfairly extract money from tenant. Even damage noted in their own move-in inventory report from last year is now being used against us to justify charges. It's disheartening to witness their prioritization of profit over fairness. When confronted, they suggest disputing through "my deposit scheme," only to further inflate fees. Our cleaning fee surged from £140 to £336, and apart from maintenance fees were hiked for pre-existing damages. Despite returning the property in better condition, we were still charged professional cleaning fees for mold, dust, and dirt present upon move-in. They even colluded with their inventory company to exploit situations for financial gain, leaving us speechless. Additionally, we graciously accommodated potential tenant viewings three times in 10 days, only to have our privacy violated as individuals freely took photos and rifled through our belongings without consent. This experience has left us profoundly disappointed and hesitant to engage with Winkworth in the future.

Worst Ever

My experience with Winkworth was a masterclass in chaos and incompetence. A real circus is even better them. Not only did they turn a blind eye to broken properties, but they also seemed to have a PhD in denial and deception. They don't even have the decency to possess basic moral standards. I bet Winkworth does not care their branding or reputation, basic thing for a business. Their idea of 'professional cleaning' was a joke - the place was dirtier than a pigsty, with mold, spiders the size of small cars, and no sign of any supposed cleaning crew. And don't even get me started on their response time - it's like they only sprang into action when I threatened to pack my bags.During checkout, they pulled out all the stops with their wild accusations, conveniently forgetting that the damages were already there when I moved in. But oh no, let's blame the tenant instead!And as if dealing with Winkworth wasn't enough, their partner in crime, ACT Property, was just as useless. It's like they were in cahoots, caring more about squeezing every penny out of me than addressing my legitimate concerns.Privacy? What privacy? They had no qualms about waltzing into my home uninvited, rearranging things like they owned the place. And to top it all off, they even decided to whip up a meal in my kitchen without so much as a 'by your leave.' They took away my letters too.Getting my deposit back was a whole saga, thanks to their fault-finding frenzy. But hey, at least I've inadvertently become their biggest promoter in my community (whatsapp, X, facebook, signal, neighbours) about Winkworth. The way word spreads, it's like a snowball effect! I am so excited!

Amelia has been absolutely amazing from the moment we met her, she is approachable, sincere, honest, warm, bright, good at listening to your needs and requirements. We were due to complete on another rental property with another agent and it fell through the weekend before we were due to move in. Needless to say this was a very stressful situation, as we were now working on a 3-4 week deadline. Amelia came to the rescue and found us a property in the location we wanted, within budget and with amazing transport links. I can not recommend and thank Amelia enough at Winkworth Fulham and Parsons Green Estate Agents, they were professional, reliable and made this stressful situation much better.
