Good experience

I had a good experience with Keatons. Oscar was very nice and helpful. Oscar listened carefully to what I wanted from our rental and suggested some listings which matched my criteria. He was responsive to emails and knowledgeable. Unfortunately in the end we went with a different apartment via a different agency. Should I be on the lookout for apartment in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Keatons.

My experience with Keatons Agency has been really good from the viewing arrangement! Everyone is professional, caring and responding.They were always making sure that any issue we had has been sorted. Fixed everything quickly.

We have had a few things that have broken down in our flat recently. Luckily, Jay Smith has been great at talking to the landlord and getting them fixed as quickly as possible. We had our boiler break down living us without hot water. Thankfully, Jay made the calls and got someone in asap and we had it up and running in a day (not leaving us high and dry for the weekend).This is such a breath of fresh air compared to Jay's predecessor who made us jump through hoops and made it sound like it was our fault that something broke from old age and usage.Would love it if all estate agents were more like Jay.

I will never go to this agency to rent…

I will never go to this agency to rent a house anymore. We rented a house and the landlady was selling it after 6 months living there, the landlady was amazing and she was happy to unblock the deposit for us and took so long because Natalie wasn’t replying the emails. After that house we thought ok let’s stay with Keatons and we had the same problem, the landlord wanted to sell the house. Instead of helping us out the whole Keaton Startford office was so unhelpful and complicated. At the end the landlord took some money from our deposit unfairly , because we didn’t so the professional cleaning with the company that Keaton is working with. So I wouldn’t recommended to rent with them at all, specially the team in Startford .

Our experience was great for Matthieu. Since the very first moment we booked an appointment I enjoyed it. Matthieu called us and reminded us about it and cleared me some doubts I had. Great experience finding my first place

I found the prospect of moving out of my flatshare into my own place in London extremely daunting. Millie helped us find a great property to rent

Millie has been amazing throughout our recent flat search, which thanks to her ended up being quite short and much less involved than we feared. I first spoke to her in September when I enquired about a flat being advertised then - a bit too early, as we were travelling for another 2 months after that. This is our fourth renting experience and Keaton's has provided by far the best service of any of the estate agents we have used. Booking a viewing with Alex was so easy and his welcoming,informative manner was so helpful. Natalie helped us with the admin side of things and was a star! Keatons have managed my property for the past 6 years while I have been abroad. The lettings team (finding tenants) have been responsive, and have always kept me up to date and provided lots of information about the prospective leads.I have dealt with Charlotte McCulloch and Natalie Craddock on the tenant management side who have always been responsive, professional and helpful. The repairs side (a different team) are professional and helpful, although they need to be kept on top of to ensure that things are moving along, and their contractors seem to be more expensive than you can find yourself.I recently sold my property through Keatons too and they managed the whole process seamlessly - no complaints there.
