Keatons letting team have been exceptional throughout the period I used them to rent my property. The team managed the property too and were very good at ensuring issues were resolved in a timely and cost effective manner. I recently decided to sell the property having owned it for many years and the Keatons team provided excellent support to allow the sale to progress. Unfortunately I had a tenant who refused to move out despite all the correct notice being given. Keatons provided excellent advice and support throughout the eviction. Special mention to Jay Izzet and Natalie Craddock during this testing period and Nith Krishnan for all his hard work throughout the let. When the eviction went to court Keatons had done everything correctly throughout the let allowing for a swift eviction decision from the courts. I really appreciate all the hard work and support!

From the very beginning of selling my mothers house, Sean Studd and Scott Little were enthusiastic and professional in every aspect of the process. They kept us informed at all times and made the transaction less stressful by dealing with enquiries and paperwork very promptly. Our experience with Keatons was amazing and the credit goes to just one guy Steve, who does his work relentlessly. He is very hardworking and caring agent who makes sure that all your issues are catered to, not only on priority but with extra care. There was never a time when I reported something to Steve and then had to chase him to get the issue resolved. He is very courteous and understands that when you live with young kids, how things can be. I highly rate Steve and I am sure he will do great in his career, due to his work ethics. Kudos to him and thanks for supporting us through our journey.

I've heard horror stories about trying to rent in London, but I didn't have any trouble once I got in contact with Keatons. Property agent Luke Bull made the process incredibly easy, especially compared to some of the other companies I've dealt with- no last-minute cancellations, no showing up to uncleaned apartments, and no fuss about fixing the one (small) property issue we noted during my showing. I should mention that I'm an American working here with a visa, and I went through the rental process while trying to coordinate a trans-Atlantic move. Luke was extremely accommodating and patient with me regarding the logistical and communication issues I was still dealing with- things that had been worrying me about my rental prospects since before I began looking. Thanks to him (with an assist from Natalie Craddock, who helped me work through the referencing process!), I now have an apartment I love in a neighborhood I adore! While I recommend them generally as property agents, If you're moving here from abroad then I can specifically recommend Luke and Natalie as excellent people to work with in finding your new home!

I’ve be renting my flat in London with Keatons for some years. Natalie Craddock has always answered my calls/emails immediately, she’s great at her job and I appreciate all the help I’ve had from her. Steven Gad is another great employee and I’ve had an amazing rapport with him over the years. Keatons are lucky to have great people working with/for them. If you’re renting or buying, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Since that time I have worked with various staff members from Keatons, all of whom I have found to be very efficient and helpful. More recently I have worked with Natalie Craddock, when tenancy ended, flat needed refurbishment, and we needed to find new tenants. Natalie was very proactive throughout - sorting all issues that arose and dealing promptly with paperwork. We were kept fully informed, and we are very grateful for her dedication and expertise.

As a landlord of a flat in Bow, I changed agents in September after being with another local estate agent for a few years and not being completely happy. Billy, Oscar, Danielle and Jay at Keatons Bow were fantastic right from the start. The communication, responsiveness, comparable fees compared to other agents when looking at it in detail, transparency with fees and gaining agreement for any works have been fantastic. Over the last 15 years that I’ve let my flat in Bow I’ve been with 2 other local estate agents with offices on Bow Road and so far Keatons have been 100 times better than the other agents. I also have rental property outside London and the managing agents there are very easy to deal with… I’d not yet found a London agent that’s comparable to one outside London… maybe I have now? I’ve never wanted to change managing agents as it’s a lot of hassle to switch but hopefully I’ve now found an estate agents I can stay with for the longer term.

I've been looking for a flat closer to city center and have been viewing quite a few flats, among which was a flat by Keatons. Oscar was incredibly helpful and professional. That flat didn't work out for me, so over the course of the next couple of weeks Oscar was sending me their flat offers tailored to my requirements, and eventually I was able to secure a great place matching most of my criteria. Overall, the experience was very positive and I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Keatons.

Justine has been really helpful throughout the process of viewing/negotiating and signing for a property. She was very friendly on the phone and in person for the viewing and quick to pass on any questions we had for the landlord before signing the tenancy agreement. Elza was also helpful with our questions and organising inventory check ins. We are yet to move into the new flat but I know that they’ll be on hand if we need them!

My journey with Keatons is heavenly ordained.It all started two months ago when my landlord broke the news that he had put his house on sale, and I was given a short notice.The search for a new accommodation started. In the past I had tried some property agents in the likes of Acorn, True Penny to mention a few, but it didn't work.When I searched for accommodation near me, Keatons property agents pop up, honestly I thought it was business as usual like the other agents.Until I came across an angel by name Charlotte Hills, she is a good soul.The journey was so smooth than I expected, and at every phase of the journey until the keys were handed over to me , Charlotte was on top of her job. She is a star.
