My partner and I had a great experience with Marta at the Shoreditch office. After renting privately for 10+ years, we were pretty nervous about engaging with letting agents and the whole process of finding a new place, but Marta was a great guide who we trusted from our first call, where she suggested we look at a property that became our new home! She gave us all the information we needed along the way, and replied to our questions quickly - even after we were already locked into a contract, and we really appreciated the support.

Property Manager

Corina has been our property manager for quite some time now and I can say she is the best. Any issues we have with our apartment has been dealt with professionally, efficiently and most importantly in a timely manner. The journey from Clapton Square to Dunlace Road was a really big step for me and my autistic five year old. From the first meeting to the completion of the sale, Sean and Chloe were amazing.We had some issues with our daughter moving out to another flat which delayed things and Keatons were amazing at keeping in touch and letting the buyer know that the delay was beyond our control.When I needed help with disposing of items and cleaning the flat due to personal commitments and not being able to do this myself they were wonderful at sorting everything.I would recommend Keatons for anybody looking for a great agent and am grateful to them for their help and support during this time.

Keatons proved to be the best agency for flat renting in London based on my 11 years of experience dealing with house agencies in the city. Responsive to my emails, taking immediate action and be proactive to resolve any issues. All the staff I dealt with during my move in process and follow ups have been fantastic. I really appreciate the fact that they facilitate transparent communication between the tenant and the landlord and they use goodlord as the tenancy agreement portal where you complete each step of the process effectively without forgetting details (e.g. set up utility bills, set up direct debit with your bank etc). A welcoming pack for my check in was a nice surprise for my first day in the flat - thank you Justine Reynolds for being so thoughtful.
