From the first enquiry I made about a property, I have been supported and guided through the process of renting, thanks to Billy Haspineall. Communication has been excellent - I had many questions, and Billy was very responsive to all my queries, which put me at ease and made me feel well cared for. I appreciate Keaton's straightforward approach, and it's nice to know that I have such a friendly and caring estate agency managing the property! I recently used Keaton's for the sale of my flat in Hackney and I'm so grateful i went with them. Not only were they professional and had great advertising - They were fantastic through the mini budget when i wanted to pause my sale. I was buying a house at the same time and was in a long chain with a lot of issues. I can honestly say that had it not been for the Keaton's team. In particular Toni and her sales coordination team the chain would have broken. They went above and beyond helping throughout the chain when i needed support. A big THANK YOU from me.

I’ve been very impressed with Keatons in my experience so far. Charlotte, from Keatons in Deptford, showed me around a flat, by the end of the day I secured the flat and my references were approved by the landlord within two days! Charlotte has been very helpful, responsive, and I can’t believe how efficient it has been to get everything processed! I’d highly recommend using Keatons - the people and processes in place make it such an easy, stress-free process to get a home!

Keatons (Bow Branch) have been great at letting out my London flat. They have guided me through the process, and quickly found a tennant that I am happy with.The entire operation seems professional and smooth, with quick response via email on all issues.I would say it gets a little confusing, during the initial setting up of advertising/letting the flat, with various people from different departments at Keatons emailing me day to day. But this is probably to be expected and understandable for a large operation like Keatons. Thanks To Oscar, Natalie and Corina for all being responsive and efficient.So far I am happy with the all inclusive service I am receiving from Keatons (Bow Branch).

I want to say thank you to Natalie Craddock and Shani Pinnock for handling the end of the tenancy phase very professionally and in a customer-friendly way. They were both very helpful in completing the inventory checkout and communicating our messages to the landlord. We finally got our full security deposit back after renting the property for 5+yr. I wish both of them great success in the future!

GoogleWould highly recommend Henry and OJ at Keatons Shoreditch to anyone with regards to selling a property. They were our 2nd Estate Agent so we felt a certain trepidation, but that was quickly dissolved after the 1st week going live. They found a buyer quickly and it only took 9 weeks from offer accepted to sale completion with the team keeping us informed all the way. Would be more than happy to use them again. Daniel

OJ Aksu and Toni Cladwell were superb in supporting me in the sale of my apartment. Being a first time property seller in UK, coupled with living overseas (ie. in Malaysia), I was totally ignorant about the selling process and the mandatory supporting documents required. Both of them have helped me pulled together many of the documents and have worked very hard with all parties (ie. my solicitors-The Partnership, the Buyer's solicitors, the estate agents, the mover, my previous solicitor-Forsters LLP) until the very end of Contract Exchange and Completion. They are very reliable, prompt in getting things done.I am very grateful for the time, effort and patience working with me. Without their support, I believe the sale would not have progressed so smoothly (or even happened). I feel very blessed to have them support me.

Oscar was the point of contact for the viewing of the apartment in the John bell tower. It was really a great experience with him from scheduling the viewing to finalizing the contract. - Before scheduling he made sure to check for availability & schedule the viewing accordingly. - During viewing - Oscar had a great understanding of the place he knew the surrounding and did highlight all the key points of the apartment and locality. - After viewing - he was quick to share the offer form & also explained the entire process which was really helpful as I recently moved to the UKOscar also made sure that I was updated throughout the process either by call/text/or emailAll in all, it was a great experience with Oscar.

Big thanks to Natalie! We went through a lot of stress durning the referencing process on this tenancy. Some of the problems were completely our fault but some of them were caused by a lot of miscommunication. When we nearly gave up on this tenancy Natalie form Keatons at lower Clapton came with her professional touch and honestly saved the day. She was very lovely, attentive and organised. Highly recommend asking for her when in doubt.

My purchasing experience with the Keatons team has been fantastic, from viewing to completion. OJ (Aksu), who was my main contact, was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable but above all honest and open, which made a massive difference to the entire process. Jon Taylor was also very helpful with ensuring communication with the sellers around completion and timetable. Overall, great experience, and while I am unlikely to need their services soon, I will definitely come back to this team in the future.

I recently went through the process of ending a tenancy and Keatons helped to make the experience smooth and easy. Stevie Knight was my agent and she communicated all necessary information very well. During my two year tenancy I have found Keatons to be professional and friendly. When I wanted to find a new property to rent I wanted to go through Keatons, because I was so happy with their service. Michael Logan, who found me my first property, pulled it out of the bag a second time, when my house hunt was not going so well. He is very friendly, professional and straight forward. I hope in the future he can produce a hat-trick for me and find me a third property! I have now started my new tenancy with Keatons and Elza Kapitanska was my admin person. She was very on top of all the communication and made the process less stressful. I am glad I get to maintain a relationship with this agency for 2 more years.
