Reliable Property Management company

I have been using Keatons as the managing agents for the letting of my property for several years. I have always found them very professional. In particular the property manager assigned to my property, Natalie Craddock has been very communicative and responsive with any issues. All requests have been handled promptly and any questions that I have asked are answered quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

We have a property being managed by Keaton's over a number of years and to be honest, it is a pleasure to deal with an honest and a sincere company who put the interest of the customers before their own and have never in all these years let us down or said NO to any matters dealing with the property. all their departments seem to be run smoothly and professionally. In particular i would like to thank Jack Saunders and his team, who I had to contact recently with an issue with our entry fire door to the apartment . I only had to email him the email received from the management company pointing out the defects and within 7 days the matter was sorted with Jack instructing his team of professionals to attend site and carry out the works to the satisfaction of the management team. I have no hesitation in recommending Keaton's to any of my friends and family. So Jack take a pat on your back you deserve it sir.

Wonderful estate agent Gosia

Gosia has been so lovely and helpful in our house hunt this week. We had a great experience with Keatons throughout our tenancy application. Joel was very helpful from the initial viewing and kept us informed throughout the process. When Joel was away, Shani took over our application and was fantastic. She was very responsive, understanding of our situation, and took the time to help us work through the referencing process. Millie and Corina are the best!

After not having a fantastic experience with previous agencies, our experience with Keatons has been significantly better. From first contact, conversations and initial viewing with Millie, down to moving in and conversations with Corina, we’ve been taken care of and clearly advised on every step of the way. Millie was great help in the beginning stages by organizing everything and going back and forth between us and the landlord and answering any initial questions we had at all - all the while being very responsive and keeping us informed every step of the way. Absolutely recommend Millie as an agent if you plan on having any interactions with Keatons. After moving in, most of our conversations have been with Corina who has been an amazing help thus far in answering any questions we have about our flat, fixing any problems and sorting out any details. Corina is always prompt and thorough when answering and has always been a great help since moving in. Altogether fantastic team and lovely people!

Our apartment search had very specific requirements and Luke was very proactive to ensure that the properties being shown met our specifics.
