Clear, communicative, helpful. We had Justine Reynolds helping us with viewing and moving beyond towards renting and she was kind, helpful and available for queries throughout the process. Elza Kapitanska has been handling our move and she's been great, clear and communicative and helping make the process as transparent as possible. Great estate agents, would recommend.

GoogleI had the best experience looking for my new home with Matthieu Grimaldi from Keatons Shoreditch. As a black, femme, queer freelancer, it often feels as though you're saying what you want but aren't being listened to or given the opportunity to rise to the occasion. So many times, I would go to an estate agent and after giving my budget etc, never hear back from them because I didn't seem corporate enough and thus didn't seem like I ahd the money. Matthieu was very attentive from the beginning. He reassured me when I felt nervous about checks etc, and worked with me to remedy any issues that may have come up as a hindrance to getting my home. He was very on-hand as I have (recently) had quite an intense schedule and made sure everything happened smoothly. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and would very much reccommend that others seek him out adn work with him too. I am very comfortable and happy in my new home as I write this. Thank you very much, Matthieu and Keaton's shoreditch.

The process of searching for a rental in London can be incredibly stressful, but Marta made everything feel smooth and manageable. She’s exceptionally professional, proactive, and kind, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully handled. Marta guided me through a few challenges that arose, always remaining available to answer any questions or requests I had along the way. We recently moved into Bow, we chose Keaton’s as they have lots properties and a wide range of price points listed. The service was great from our first viewing to signing our contact. Justine was great and she had great knowledge of the area. Justine and Natalie were fantastic in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. Natalie was very professional and efficient when we were handed over to her to complete our tenancy agreement etc. The company also use a third party to assist in setting up all of our new accounts. That totally took the stress away from the move. We would definitely use Keatons in the future and would recommend them.

Have worked with Keatons both on the purchase of my property and then the subsequent sale 4 years later. After having spoken to numerous estate agents, it was clear that Keatons has the best distribution channels in the area. Every individual I have dealt with there has been very capable. Jon Taylor and Lakvinder Singh were both exceptionally helpful and thorough throughout the Sale. And not to mention Keatons sold my house at asking price within 10 days. Highly recommend.

Both me and my girlfriend were looking to move to London from Ireland and were actively looking to find a place to live. Lauren Woods in Keatons was very helpful during this process, she set up virtual viewings while we waited to book flights. She also was extremely accommodating with us for arranging in person viewings and always answered any queries in a few hours which really helped put us at ease. Lauren made the moving process, particularly from abroad, seamless and I would have qualms in regarding Keatons and her services in future.

My boyfriend and I rented an apartment in July 2022. We were coming from a very bad experience with another agency, but with Keaton has been much more pleasant.Oscar has been very professional and dedicated in the first phase. We made clear we were in a rush and in a couple of days we saw a few properties and made an offer that was submitted and accepted during the weekend.After that, we have been in touch with Charlotte who explained everything we needed to know and replied to all our questions in a timely manner

I have been renting with Keatons for a couple of years and I am still renting with them.In the past two years I have been in contact with Elza and Danielle. They have been prompt and efficient, professional and always trying to help me. I have always felt that regardless of the problem that I have with the property, I can expect them to help me solve the problem and escalate as necessary. For example, there was a leak that happened when I wasn’t at home and with their help, the issue has been fixed in a couple of days. All the relevant parties have been notified and the plumbers were on site in no time. It felt reassuring that this level of care is given to the property I rent and my experience as a tenant.Currently, on my recent move, I have been in contact with Oscar and Natalie. Oscar has been a great help in finding the right property, dealing with all the issues that appeared and making me and my partner happy. He understood our needs and came with relevant proposals and suggestions whenever we felt a property wasn’t to our liking. There were some other unexpected issues that Oscar helped us with by taking the lead on solving them and expediting them.Natalie helped us with moving in and getting things in order before our move. She was understanding and kind, and was always reassuring whenever we were in doubt. The most recent example was a building problem that we’ve had where we needed to contact the managing company. I have sent Natalie an email asking for help on contacting the company and she quickly replied understanding the urgency of the issue.Overall the experience was great. I have been in contact with multiple letting agencies before and I can honestly say that I felt the most comfortable with Keatons. You are treated with respect, listened to and tremendously helped in meeting your needs.

My experience with Keatons has been pleasant. Their staff is very professional and everything is well defined. All the people working in Keatons try to help as much they can. I rented an apartment through them in London, and everything worked out till the end of tenancy and receiving my refund back. Steven Gadd their senior property manager, was specially very helpful in answering all my queries. Since the day I decided to move out of the property and until I received deposit back in my account, Steve was helpful, responsive and knew what he was answering. Everything worked out for me with Keatons. Thanks Keatons and all its Team members with whom I spoke.
