We dealt predominantly with Nick Verdi at their Shoreditch office and he provided excellent support throughout the purchase process - he was patient, diligent and proactive. The process would have been much more complex (and elongated) without his involvement, so I would have no problem endorsing Keatons (and Nick especially) whether you're buying or selling.

Some legal complications resulted in about six months delay to our flat purchase. The agent handling the sale, OJ AKSU at Keatons, was highly professional and ensured seamless communication between buyer and seller throughout.
