Been with them for a while and mostly experience has been good but in last year or so, customer service has been pretty poor.If you need anything or more often, if they need something from you, some departments have been quite rude.

Some legal complications resulted in about six months delay to our flat purchase. The agent handling the sale, OJ AKSU at Keatons, was highly professional and ensured seamless communication between buyer and seller throughout. He made an otherwise very stressful process manageable. OJ definitely deserves a five star rating.

GoogleCommunication over the return of a deposit and termination of a contract is taking almost two months - we are still waiting for the money although the landlady has agreed that it be returned in full. Processes get forgotten, replies take ages, but they are happy to upsell you on absolutely anything. Their interpretation of what it means to be a service business is appalling.
