The best property manager - Nith Krishnan​​​​

Nith (Krishnan​​​​) has been our property manager over the past few years and he is very responsive and well communicated. Whenever we have an issue he would promptly provide any supports. We just had a water leakage in our bathroom over the weekend and he managed to arrange an urgent repair before Christmas Eve. Excellent work and service Nith!

Keatons is in charge of processing the change in tenancy of our flat. We have been emailing back and forth with the rep for more than a month and only when we had to make the payments they were responsive. For all the rest it has taken weeks to get them to respond to one email. Sure, to get the deal done it's quick, but then when It comes to give back deposits or change names in contracts its far from a great experience.

Just sold my one bed in Spitalfields through their Shoreditch office. I was extremely happy with the service. Both Nick and Kane in particular were great throughout the process. I liked the way they didn't come in with a stupid over-valuation just to get the instruction. They were realistic, professional, friendly and worked hard to realise a price I was happy with.
