Not only did Ross contact us via email, he also went out of his way to personally call us, making sure we had all the information that we needed. Straight away it made us feel secure and looked after. We felt that Ross did genuinely care about us, he was very enthusiastic and supportive of our move and our new venture We weren’t just another number, we felt valued not only as customers but also as individuals. We were extremely pleased to see that after having purchased our apartment 13 years ago, funnily enough with Keatons, they’re exceptional, personalised and tailored services remains at the core of everything they do. I have always found the staff to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - and they have never put profit over personal service like so many of their rivals. We had a great experience with Keatons. Me and 2 colleagues were looking for a flat that would suit us. We have met the agent Shaun Datngarm that showed us few options with our requests, we found the perfect property on the 2nd viewing.
