My friend and I had been looking to rent a place for sometime, and therefore have encountered plenty of estate agents over the past month or so. Many have been late, unprofessional and unhelpful. We were taken around the property we would later put an offer in, by Ben Fidler, who was well-mannered, polite and full of useful information. Eight years of excellent service

We have been using Keatons as the managing agent for our London flat for 8 years and they have been excellent the entire time. They are prompt, efficient, and highly professional. There have been several times when we needed advice as to how to proceed and they have been honest and insightful. Every tradesperson they have sent has done highly skilled work. A recent Keatons inspection gave us numerous, carefully taken photos that gave us a true picture of the condition of how our flat is being maintained. My husband was initially reluctant to use a managing agent; however, he is now very impressed by Keatons' service. For the past few years our contact person has been Arshi Mohid and we cannot speak highly enough of Arshi. I am not one to leave reviews, but I wanted to share our experience with Keatons as it has been so positive.

In August my tenants informed me of their intentions to move out after 9 years and climb on the property ladder themselves. Positive experience of using Keatons to rent flat

I recently used Keatons to help rent my Hackney flat. Keatons explained the process to prepare the flat for marketing, what rent could be expected, different management options and inspections needed very clearly. They also organised everything that was required efficiently. Lara and Marissa sorted viewings and marketing. I was impressed with the quality of photos and happy with the offers I recieved.
