We contacted the agency the day we moved into the property that we found rodent droppings in our kitchen. My partner left a review and we were told the issue would be dealt with. It’s now been two months and we’ve came home today to find a mouse in our living room. When will Keatons solve this problem?? It isn’t right that we are paying you to live in a rodent infested property. Please contact us urgently this has been going on for too long.
