I approached Keatons to look for an apartment with my partner. Alessandro showed us a few apartments. He was friendly, showed us some really nice apartments, as well as showed us a bit of the neighborhood. He also answered any questions we had, and in general was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Keatons and Alessandro if you're looking for a new place.

TrustpilotPoor communication / unresolved damp & painting
We have been in our new house over 7 weeks. Despite being assured by staff from Keatons that mould would be dealt with, rooms would be repainted either before we moved in or shortly after, it still has not happened. I have spent hours of my time chasing Keatons for this to be resolved. Whilst they said they are waiting on approval from the landlord, they have at times taken over a week to respond and only after me sending multiple emails chasing. In addition to this, one of our issues is rising damp which is the responsibility of the landlord to fix. I don't understand how this hasn't been resolved in nearly 2 months. Keaton's job is to communicate with the landlord and look after us as tenants. This has not happened. I was told I could chase contractors for our repainting and damp, which is surely the role of whoever is managing our property. I feel if there was intention and care towards us, their clients, this would have been resolved in this 7 week time frame.It appears yet again to be a case of estate agents over promising and under delivering.

OJ (Alku) was just fantastic. I spoke to two agents when I decided to sell the flat and while OJ had the benefit of Keatons being my reliable lettings agent on his side, his confident and honest manner won the deal (from his competitor who is technically best agent in the neighbourhood according to getagent). Communication has been open and incredibly efficient which I’ve really valued. Despite personal events and the complications with getting to exchange, OJ has been patient. We have another flat to sell/let and I will be asking OJ/Keatons to help.

We've been with Keatons for over a year now and have been more than happy with the service provided. We have regular contact with our agents Tamanna and Wayne who are always quick to respond and helpful with our enquiries. Tamanna recently helped us with our contract renewal, and we very much appreciated having her on board. Renting in London can be stressful at the best of times and its a relief to know that we have people like Tamanna to help assist and support our needs.
