Disgraceful

Absolutely awful estate agents. Couldn’t fix basic issues in our flat, they use awful tradesmen who literally cause more damage than they fix. Keatons served a us section 21 notice on a Friday afternoon two days after a flood in our flat. No willingness to help tenants whatsoever, a money grabbing establishment with no empathy and disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I am really happy to have chosen Keatons, and especially Kane. Since the beginning, he was productive in showing me a lot of different apartments, managing his time according to mine, willing to accommodate several viewings for me to be 100% sure of my decision and not forcing me into anything. During the process, he was always responsive. Very efficient. And very receptive of my concerns and always coming with a reasonable and comprehensive answers to my concerns. He knew every details of each parties, and able to be an excellent mediator. Thanks to him, I managed to find and buy in a reasonable timeframe my apartment. And if I have to sell it in the future, I will definitely trust Keatons Real Estate and Kane.

The house search full package

Having to look at so many estate agents can be an arduous task, but I found Keatons have a great variety and large volume of properties coming on the market, so I was happy to just use them for my property search. The agents were also great, Justine in particular was with us every step of the way, regularly getting in touch with new properties that matched our search, and being fast and flexible for booking viewings.

I put my flat up for sale with another estate agent for a month, and they could not find me a buyer at all. I gave Keaton's the commission and they found me a buyer within a week, and above asking price too. Unfortunately, the buyer decided to "gazunder" me on the day of exchange, which is not Keaton's fault at all. But Nick and Chris have been fantastic, finding me another cash buyer within 2 days! They understood the urgency I was facing in my chain and kept me informed at all times and were very active in keeping the process moving alone. I am happy to recommend Keaton's to anyone thinking of selling in the Shoreditch area.
