A good example of positive communication and support for both client landlord and tenants. Tenants reported mould on bedroom ceiling Keatons liaison officer sent tenant handbook and recommendation for products to remove mould. Kept me informed, as landlord, and then reported back in a timely fashion that tenant had followed recommendations and were very happy that problem was resolved

Our main contact OJ was fantastic, he was great at keeping us up to date and informed throughout the whole process and made everything run smoothly. We recently sold our property via Keatons (after buying it through them 10 years ago) and had a very positive experience. Their marketing and network helped to attract buyers from the broader london area and secured an offer within 2 weeks of putting the property on the market. As a result we achieved a higher price than we had initially hoped for. They also have a dedicated team that supports the conveyancing process and made sure both sides were sticking to deadlines.

Justine in Keatons is very helpful and cooperative. I got myself into a situation where I had to back off the agreement because I couldn't afford the rent. But Justine explained my situation to Landlord and help me secure the same rental property for lesser rent. She was very neutral in the entire process and acted in the best interests of both me and Landord.

Oscar and Elza have been really clear and hepful with the process of putting in an offer, getting it accepted and everything needed from us to complete the contract. They have been transparent with the work needed in the flat and are actively working with the landlord to rectify everything and seem to be working with our interests in mind. Very happy with the service we have received.

They have a good and easy reporting system in place, and usually provide a prompt resolution to any issue with the property. Finally, Natalie C. did manage our check out, helping with some recommendations to avoid potential deductions from our deposit and providing a fair and quick check out.Good luck with future lettings!
