I requested a viewing and instead of getting times to see the space, I got a whole flurry of questions for what I assume is an attempt to get me into the Keatons orbit. I simply wanted to view a space I found on Rightmove for rent, not a broker to inundate me with discovery questions. The rep. called me and when I returned the call, I was brought to an automated service menu. I have yet to know if I can see the apartment I’m interested in…

GoogleI now have two experiences of selling through keatons. Both of which are positive (and in both cases I had unsuccessful attempts with other agents). I have found the team motivated, efficient, responsive and supportive during an extremely stressful process. I have no doubt that my sale was successful because of the professionalism of the team at Keatons Shoreditch - shout out to OJ Aksu and Henry Chisholm, for helping negotiate the sale and keeping me in the loop throughout. I felt Keatons were representing me, above all else, and would unequivocally recommend the team for anyone selling in this area.

Their service has been excellent. I was guided through the process by Shani who gave great support and guidance throughout the process. Shani also managed to find tenants super quick, literally within a couple weeks from marketing the property. Nith from the property management team was really helpful, leveraging their extensive network of contractors to get everything fixed prior to occupancy. What was key for me, was his ability to manage expectations of both tenant and landlord. So far tenants are very happy and as a landlord I am relieved to have a trusted agent since I base much of my time overseas.

Our letting agent, Millie Hurst , was excellent in finding us several alternatives that actually fit our criteria very well. We viewed one property and after a bit of back and forth on negotiations we were able to secure the apartment, with Millie’s help.

From a home buyer's perspective looking in Shoreditch, very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to chase up information they didn't have. They have been communicative without being anywhere near pushy, their property recommendations have been very few because they focus on meeting all of our requirements, rather than spamming us with things out of our budget or area every week (which many agents do in my experience).OJ has been a great agent, very informative and keeps it factual, no hard selling or sales tactics
